7: Explanation of the situation: got told i was on thin ice for 'not defending' despite me getting triggers the whole time during collective session. i prefer to help the team by triggering quick instead of overdefending and dying. I didn't do anything against the rules except one time when i early triggered as leader said to not trigger. Not entirely my fault but I will accept the blame. Don't really think not defending or early triggering made the score go 2-12 but maybe from your perspective can make it look that way. if i was a random player doorhugging the whole time i doubt i would have gotten banned aswell. me not defending will not make a difference whenever people are dying every stage from falldamage or looking directly at bomb. I havent been perfect but i don't think i deserve perma whenever someone who scammed nide paypal is now LSA. cheaters get 1 day ban, not defending gets u perma

You know you can fast trigger and defend after unti the timer runs out

But you are right normal players dont get punished at all for not shooting, except sometimes on bosses or damagecheck parts like the dragon on wester

Consistently having a negative impact on the server despite multiple warnings and chances to improve.

I stopped counting how many times per month your name appeared in the admin channels because of new reports about you.

During 2025, you received:

• Over 3 weeks of bans
• Over 190 days of e-bans
• More than 10 communication bans applied

I m curious what you have to said for this...

2 weeks of that was midknight's ban which he applied twice, and the ban was 1 week 'cooldown' from my perma so in reality, I had 8 days of bans spread across the year. So thats a start.

I had 125 days. You could count sito's 1 month 'safeguarding' eban but it was a carryover from my perma. Admins are always right but a lot of those ebans didn't need to be that long in my opinion. There are people who have been ebanned longer than me but they aren't getting any special treatment.

I decided to mention them since they were present on collective whenever I committed the grave offence of not defending.

Players or Player. So far I seem to be the only one banned for 'bad behaviour'. I haven't had any warnings either, besides a couple angry messages from harraga who told me i was on thin ice for not defending.

It's normal for people to not like someone. 

 

I'm not innocent to trolling or causing havoc but it's not incorrect for me to say that there are some people targeting me specifically. Could name a couple admins doing this but doesn't help me out so I won't. Actively provoking me or purposefully waiting until I look in the wrong before acting in a situation.

A random player doesn’t troll every time he joins the server, especially after getting banned for doing the same dumb thing over and over again.

You’ve been warned many times, and you didn’t give a sh*t about any of them. I’ve seen you trolling in every single session you joined, from Mako to Collective, Diddle, or whatever map you play.

Your behavior is passively toxic toward other players. You troll all the time, and you’re even proud of doorhugging instead of shooting in a mode that actually requires teamwork and at least some brain usage. Triggering is good, but if you only do that is just trolling on this mode.

You’re taking up a slot on the server that a good player could be using instead. Even when the server isn’t full, your trolling alone is enough to justify the decision.

Your toxicity has been the same for years, and you don’t seem interested in changing it, so a permanent ban looks fair to me.

Have fun looking at some of the trolling u have being doing for the last weeks, my 1tb hard drive couldnt record all the trolls u do in a week.

Cosmo: People do this all the time. Pretty sure in the first 3 mins of a cosmo demo I would see someone toss. Is this worth a perma ban in your eyes?
Collective: If I was afk standing at the flag nothing would happen, but if I try to survive its worth perma? Again this isn't really ban worth, conflict is a team based finale but you could see how quickly it went to shit. If i was defending the same shit is gonna happen.
Mako: Yes I trolled. But everyone trolls. Should everyone get perma? 
Diddle: Yes I shot the wall. 

I could make compilations for everyone on this server such as Harraga whenever he leaked admin chat screenshots to me for 2 years, or whenever he forces nextmap because he is the only admin online. If you only pick out the bad stuff I do I will look like the villain. I would love if you could make me a compilation of all the good stuff I do, but not possible I think because you only have 1tb hard drive.

Maybe in school you can get some green stickers for having good behaviour, but here it only helps to have a clean image, something that you dont possess.

I agree that any of those are worth a perma ban, but you dont seem to understand that the grouping of those actions are the reason why you got a permaban.

When you finally realize that saying “others do it too” instead of “I shouldn’t do this” is exactly why you got permabanned, maybe then you’ll change your behavior and start acting like an actually decent human being.

I don’t know why you’re bringing up things that happened over two years ago, but yeah. I admit I did that to show you that your behaviour was already an issue back then and that the admins had already noticed it. I wanted you to reflect on your actions and change, but now I see I probably shouldn’t have.

As for that I've never forced a nextmap outside of an event. I might have added some maps that had <10 map cooldowns so that players don't start spamming rtv and wasting 10 maps in 5 minutes but all of that came with a good intention and to help revive the server since I only do it when I see it's dead. And that's why you have never complained about that until now, since you know there is no hope for you in this appeal.

Now let's talk about why you were banned months ago from the Discord server. You started sending some shady scripts in the general chat and tell players to use that to prevent getting kicked by the AFK Manager plugin. I believe someone deleted your message first as a warning but you shared it again which led to the ban of your main account.

This was not a problem until a few days ago, when you again encouraged players on the server to use that same script.

Also you decided to come back in the discord server in September by impersonating some UNLOZE player thinking no one would notice that it was you behind the account. All that while your main account is still banned.

You also called a player from NiDE a pedophile just because he was accepted in IES and not you 3 years ago. You posted some picture yesterday implying that a former member from the staff was a child predator with your alt account. And you call players cheaters whenever they are faster than you in ZE, which got you banned from a bunch of other ze servers.

So yeah you're a disgusting player and nobody likes you. As Rushaway and Kiku have shown, you were given way too many chances and you didn't use any of them wisely.

I also want to add that this decision wasn't made by me or Rushaway at all, but that the whole staff was consulted and discussed about it. The majority has concluded that it was better to remove you from the community.
