Rin uses console commands. Which is not default settings on css. Those settings are not meant to be touched. Go to valve community and ask them to how to knife better. they'll tell u all illegal ways (Which they don't want to). Rin changes his default settings to dirty settings using console. Which is a great threat to the gameplay. No one can touch him. Batata does not use this command. And admins warned you many times to stop masking. you use it many times, Especially when there are no admins. And also masking ping can improve your knifing/bhopping. It will not decrease the lag that you have cause its related to your Network Traffic.
