*My steam ID is STEAM_0:1:201890883 and I'm applying for ZE.

4)How long are you playing CSS?:

*I've been playing ze since 2017, mostly played on UNLOZE (played on Nide, GFL, NET4ALL sometimes) for 1k hour but stopped playing in 2018 and sold my account. And got into ze again in 2019 and started playing on nide. Why? because i could buy admin. My second account has like 600 hours mostly played all of em on Nide. And took a break in 2020 because got into the district military and my laptop broke so i couldnt play, but i bought pc this month so im back to ze again.

5)Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?:

*I know most of the maps, and i know русский язык блять. Well i can deal with trolls(eban em if they intentionally kill people watch demo to be sure), spammers(mute mic spammers), inflaters(go spectate them for few rounds and kick to warn them), and some disrespectful toxic people( i just ignore them but i dont use sm on them), and i never abuzed when i was paidmin. Important thing in the community is peace.

6) Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?

*I was paidmin for like 4 months? or more so i know most of the commands but forgot some of them.

7. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?

*University student studying IT, particularly nothing go to the district sometimes if the military calls for some patrol or work. i can play 6-8 hours a day.

8.here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him how will you deal with that? Write your answer in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question. :

*First of all i will spectate him for few rounds and i will discuss with the other admins so i dont false ban, but if theres no admin currently online i will watch demo so i can determine if hes really using cheat and ban him according to his ban history. but i hope nothing like this happens because imagine using aimbot in ze i know you want that #1 top deff man.

      1: My ingame name: SyntX (was playing on alt account: Alexandro Foxine.) 2: My SteamID: STEAM_0:1:924543762 3: Name of the player(s) involved: HeadsHoTz*+EBOY. o_O 4: SteamID of the player(s) involved: STEAM_0:0:714742923 5: What server did it happen on: ZR 6: Map: zm_camper_indian  7: Time and date: 8:40 AM - 9:00 AM (lets assume it) 8: Explanation of the situation: I just woke up and decided to join one of your popular servers, "ZR." I wanted to play peacefully, but then a player started saying, "Mira si ese tipo tiene bunny," which translates to "Look, if this guy has a bunny" in English. It was clear to me that he was trying to accuse me of something. One of your admins, "CrazyChris," was also there. He responded, "A mí no me ha salido nada. Está limpio por el momento," which means "Nothing came up for me. He's clean for now." Everything was fine until that player started breaking the props/boxes where I was camping. I reported this behavior to CrazyChris, but he either lacked proof or wasn't able to act—I honestly don’t know. He decided to ignore the situation, and the player continued this behavior until the map changed. That was frustrating, but what really crossed the line was when the same player later used the N-word and displayed racist behavior. What really sucks is that CrazyChris took no action at all—not even a simple warning. I was genuinely expecting at least a small warning to be issued to that player. It’s clearly stated in the rules: "It is not allowed to destroy, damage or push props and barricades that are being actively used by teammates." 9: Proof: Look at the chat logs, look at demos. - I do not speak Spanish, I went to discord and captured all this chat logs and translated them.  10. Additional: I'm one of the founder of NovaHunterZ Community and Server (Not advertising), this guy often plays in one of my servers. He started threatening me by saying that he'll down my server.  Count this report as an admin abuse report as well. My spray is not genital at all, it just shows a woman boobs nothing more and CrazyChris banned my spray.

      Reduce eban appeal

      hello Rex  after viewing your case with the eban, i concluded that the eban for 1 month is too much yeah so i will reduce it to 1 week since last eban you got was the previous year, which was around 10 months ago, thats long time indeed. however the 3 days ban will stay due to avoiding ebans, just make sure next time not to avoid punishments even if you got semi unjustified punishment and instead make a punishment  appeal or admin report (in case of actual admin abuse), and i am pretty sure you will get the reasonable decision to handle your case. topic closed.

      1: My ingame name: Rex 2: My SteamID: STEAM_0:1:460732090 3: Name of the admin involved: Andrew 4: What server did it happen on: ZE 5: Map: ze_hobbiten_oldschool 6: Time and date:  24/06/2025 7: Explanation of the situation: I was somehow Trolling on hobbiten_oldschool, despite the fact that i used late wind to cover for myself it ended up killing the others, but to be precise during that period, the server was pretty much dead with 25-26 players. 8: Proof: Andrew has checked the demo, he decided to eban me, someone called an admin or someone actually told him that i "trolled" and he reviewed the demo after, despite the fact that i trolled it's a little too much for a 1 month eban. I did actually troll on my alt account and that eban is totally justified. The 3-day ban can stay, it is deserved.
