Even if it is really "mask my ping", I do not see any reason to ban for this, because there is no kick on the server for high ping (There are a lot of players on the server with ping 250+)
The only reason why I use this command is that I play via 2.4G Wi-Fi and when a lot of events start to happen on the server, I start lagging.

Batata does not use this command. And admins warned you many times to stop masking. you use it many times, Especially when there are no admins. And also masking ping can improve your knifing/bhopping. It will not decrease the lag that you have cause its related to your Network Traffic.

We had a plugin for this, u dont use cl_cmdrate 10 , u use +anynumber to mask it. Its the + that makes it a difference. 
Klix have kicked you for it, and u turned it off, we installed a plugin and u stopped. and yesterday u started  with it again. I kicked you, and u came back talking trash. 
And I gave u a short ban of 10 mins since kick did not help. 

I just woke up so it may be poor reply. cause I need coffe.

Proof?
1) cmdrate does not affect ping 2) I played the last couple of days with cmdrate 100, and there was no difference (I can post a demo where I play ze_knife_fun with cmdrate 100)

Wut? I don’t even understand what you’re talking about. I play with cmdrate 10 all the time and I can provide any evidence
