  6. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community? I think it could be of good help to communicate the rules and help the many people who speak Spanish and English. in my connection  schedule there are usually no administrators connected and I think it could be of great help, I just like to see that everything is in order and people enjoy playing healthy

  8. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin? I was an administrator long time ago in cs 1.6
  9. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server? After working,i use my free time to play..i have my normal family responsibilities but i am always connected and can help at any time ...i play almost everyday
  10. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question ..well that depends i think that as long as it doesn't affect the game of the other players and servers, i would talk to him to give up but it if affects the game i think he would make the decision to kick him and if he insists ban him

Hi George.

I'm glad to finally recieve your admin application and yes you are very correct about us needing more admins at night times because we do not have that many admins active at that area. It is also a huge + that you can communicate good with english while having spanish relations.

And you are always so active which is very good. I have also noticed that you were a donated admin for a long time without any reports and have done a good amount of work well done!

      After reviewing the demo and some clips, I have adjusted the mute duration from permanent down to 2 weeks. This isn't the first time you have mic spammed and talked over leader, and it seems like you just won't learn your lesson no matter how many punishments you have received. Just the last month alone, you have had more punishments than my 10 fingers could count. Please take these 2 weeks to reflect on your behavior and I hope you can improve yourself as a player. Second, you going around and calling admin "shit abuser" without giving proper context doesn't help your admin report. I'm sure you're old enough to understand the instructions and what we expect from you when it comes to appeals, so we expect you to follow these rules as well. Third, we noticed you made the comment "Seven : okay good luck lunala i will burn this server and site down" in chat. This isn't something you should be joking around, especially when you want to appeal your mute. This doesn't really look good for you. Please take these 2 weeks to reflect on your actions and grow up.

      Hi, 老Seven, I'm going to step in and deny your application. I understand, that you probably consider that as a serious applicaiton, but for our team its seams, not anything else then troll application, without any seriosness. Please, take serious all notes that you got from previos admin application feedback from @ Anwar . And my additional notes. - Make your application clear next time, cause many answers are confusing, i cant really understand what you wanted to say with some of them. There is so much unrelated info in there. - This is small improvement but still you recieved 24 mutes since last application in 3 month, some of them are day, or even weeks... - When somebody apply for admin we expect, some responsible guy, that can handle sv, and not additional problem, that will cause more of them. Please dont apply in near future, until you will feel confident, that you have been improved! Enjoy the NiDE. Application Denied Regards, ZE LSA Team.
