How long are you playing CSS ? Started playing CS a very long time ago around 2008 when I was younger, however recently I have played Nide since early 2020 &  returned after a break ~April 2022

Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community? I always stay calm and collected. I have never been angry over anything on this server or any others.. one of the reasons I would like to become staff is to give back to the Nide community by helping out in any way possible, keeping the trolls at bay who ruin the experience for others. I believe that dealing with rule breakers is key to ensure that everyone can have a great time without being disrupted. I feel I can bring some good additions to the current staff team in a professional manor.

Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can benefit us having you as an admin? I don't have lots of admin experience however I have gained some experience here on Nide & have some experience from Garry's Mod. I have good knowledge on how to act as an admin & being fair to everyone. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge & learn more about being an admin
 
Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server? I currently don't work due to private circumstances & have a large amount of time to put into the server. 
I currently play around ~10+ hours every day for a while now. I can be very dedicated to this server whilst enjoying it.

here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer 
in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question . : I would first of all start by spectating the player who has been accused and observe the case thoroughly. With an aimbot it is often obvious when somebody is using one. I would make sure to record plenty of key footage before taking any action and make sure I am certain with my decision once it's backed up with evidence. I would then issue the player with a 1 week ban if this is their first offence. However if it is their second offence I would do 2 weeks, third offence 1 month etc, as per the admin guidelines.
