7. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community? I can be much responsive to the players need on the server, if i can get any call from the players due to rule breaking i can be there rapidly I play in any time of the day i'm mostly active in the early morning with NA/Asian Players and other times i'm active during the day it depends on when i'm awake
    
8. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can benefit us having you as an admin? I've played in a lot of L4D2 servers and used to host my own server i know most of the sourcemod and admin commands, i've been playing in this server  for months now i know what admin should do and what not to do I play any type of map from lasers to over defending maps this gave me knowledge of the use of items and when to ban player for knifing and teaming I don't like trolling or  chat insulting  If i see two guys arguing in aggressive way i will make sure they solve it  but if not i will gag both of them for less troubles and same with excessive spamming in mic
9. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server? I work from home which make me more online and give me the opportunity to be more active and play at any time when i'm not working i like to play on this server and watch movies .
10. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  
    there is anti-cheat that can detect aimbot and bhop cheaters but if Anticheat did not detect I will spectate the suspicious player and make sure its aimbot and if necessarily i will review demo if its positive the result will be ban for 1 week and 1 month if repeated, only warnings for the use of bhop scripts and hyperscrolling since its a feature on Logitech mouse  if the player is human i will limit their bhop until the round is over and kick him asking to disable the script and if the request ignored the results will be a ban for 1 day, for bhop hacking if the player detected i will make sure its correct detection before fully banning him for 1 week and if repeated for 1 month

Some things that i want to share:
I don't see much activity from you in game, i only see you online when nemesis/chill maps are being played. Besides that, you played some other maps but only for some time. Also, i never saw you talk on the chat/mic and for an admin you need to communicate via one of those 2 options.

Other thing i would like to point out is that you aren't french. Tan Tan TANNNNN.. 
Yeah, i saw your ips both in HLStats and here on the forum.
For my surprise you used VPN to have french ip but in reality you are from Tunisia.
I wonder who you might be..
