@ DeMoStiC Guisss  Most of no steam players don't have a steam account. I believe he created a steam account after seeing this post. I don't think so he is an alt.

@ Volt.  Wtf do you mean by charity. Your'e making the nosteamers seem like beggars, there's a difference between giveaway and charity. Charity is meant for those who can't afford one course meal or two a day. Most of No-steam players don't have a PayPal or etc in their country like me. That's why they can't afford to purchase steam games. They aren't sitting here and begging for a 0.50$ game. It's just like distributing happiness.
