I've been playing CSS since 2012 even though i was young until 2014 when i got banned from all ze servers because of my age. Otherwise i started again at ze since 2016.

7.Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?
This time I will take things seriously, not like before, and I will stop being so impulsive and immature. And often I see guys stabbing zms and other trolls with the items, also guys spamming voice and chat. And admins are offline or afk so they continue which is ruining the game.
8.Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?
 I was donated admin for 3 months. I was also a trial admin recently but I didnt take it seriously.
9.Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?
Well i dont do much in my life, its a bit of a problem but suddenly i can play all the time.
 10.here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  
Once on ze_rush_b, I thought Boten was using an aimbot because he had almost 100,000 zm damage. So I defended for 1 round and had almost as much damage to inflict on the zm as he did. So I think I would do the same. If the guy has way more damage to deal than me. I contact an LSA if he's online, otherwise I contact an admin to see what to do.

so, even before to talk about your behavior in game let's talk about your application:

1/ "i have 17 years (soon 18)" "I've been playing CSS since 2012 even though i was young until 2014 when i got banned from all ze servers because of my age. Otherwise i started again at ze since 2016.": well, 2023 - 2012 = 11 // 18 - 11= 7. so you started to play at CSS at 7 years old, did your parents give you your feeding bottle between 2 maps?

2/ " I was donated admin for 3 months.": including the multiple demoting time for abusing or insulting admins/players ? 

3/  aimbot subject: "If the guy has way more damage to deal than me, I contact an LSA if he's online, otherwise I contact an admin to see what to do.": your are the center of the world ? Sometimes the "cheater" will use his weapon in critical moments which will make him more difficult to be flagged since that he won't be in the top defender.

Every situations are different, so being able to understand situation(s) is a quality that an admin must have to take the good decision(s) including ban/kick/kban/eban/mute and going in spec sometimes if it's needed. 
at my own oppinion you are for the moment, not able to use admins powers and it's not related to your game play level, being good on this game doesn't mean that you will be a good admin.

And the next time you apply don't forget to remove the "!sm sticky" tag that you have because LSA have the last word on the applications... and involving Boten in your application won't be (i think but not sure) the good way to be appreciated by players and admins that will vote for your application especiallly because he is an old admin and good player...

Same idea 2/ 3/ of Lardy but I noticed lardy brought up about the tag "!sm sticky"
Well, how can you do that??? Sticky use voice has no influence, no offense. When I play with sticky say it respectfully, leader map, comfortably.
Give the situation about Boten do aimbot ???

According to the reviews above, I think you are still not good enough to be an admin on NiDE, at least for now, everybody can change their behaviors/acts, and you surely can do that, but for now, I think you have a lack of acting and behaving with real situations, you almost insult the server and who kill you every day which is not supposed to be done from an admin, besides that you also have a bad history of admin logs that you keep getting demoted more and more. Therefore, that will be a -1 but still I wish you a good luck for the next time, and of course when you think you are finally changed, then consider applying again!

Application denied.

You were recently demoted from trial admin due to a lot of abuse and legit shaming players on the server. That behavior is not suitable for an admin here. Also I believe you apply too soon after your demotion I believe it was last month?
