  10. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .

I can spectate the suspected aimbotter and look into his aim movements, the normal movements is known as the aimbot movement is kinda impossible to pull off as a normal player. punishment will be taken following the server rules for that (i will check the updated server rules since i was an old admin and im not sure if it changed.)

  • CS:S ZE Lead Server Admin

GLORY was a good admin back then, he might have trolled and spammed a few times recently, but nothing really annoying, and he stops quickly when you ask him to. He is also a good leader and I noticed that he often plays in the morning when there are no admins online.
+1

EDIT: Will remain neutral as he trolled yesterday during the event even though it had no impact on the round won.

I will remain neutral for now and let me other fellow admins decide as i am still not sold on you yet but also not not sold on you yet xD

Good player who's also active and very humorous, can lead maps when needed and also pretty knowledgeable about the maps, somewhat mature and smart, sometimes tries to be cool by sh*ttalking in the mic and playing greedy with items + overdefending and sometimes being selfish with item usage, but that's all good since its all a joke (i assume), been trolling recently with items, sometimes micspamming random stuff but atleast not over the leader which is fine, if he becomes admin again i think he could redeem himself and be a great admin.

Dude leads maps really well. Seems to be liked. Screams constantly but then again so do I. Tries to sh*t talk other admins, mostly Tex. Hes so terrible at sh*t talking, so it doesn't seem to bother anyone.

I want to say neutral but ill go with my heart here and give a plus one. +1

    • One of the most common problems people experience during online gameplay of any videogame besides Counter-Strike is high latency and ping. As proof of my comitement to the comunity and as professional in the IT field I offer my knowledge and help to anyone who is facing this under this topic. Shoot away your questions and dont be shy. ^^
    • Just before anyone ask me what kind of role I had on the projects I worked on and what kind of IDEs and prog langueages im most familiar with, ill give it a short answer: I started as a QA tester, became a junior prog and evolved to senior in around 4 years of exp since I finished my TeSP and while studying Computer Engineer. Ive also been a team leader for prog team and networks monitoring team for some months until a while ago where I decided to step down. The pay was good but my wish is mainly to program and not to do admin stuff. I prefer the tech part of the job where I have a problem at hand and I need to think of a solution. My github page is personal, dont ask me for professional company code as im not allowed by law and IT Society Work ethics and Engineering order to be able to share what ive worked on professionaly. But all my personal code is on my githhub page and available for anyone who has a need for it.  As for my tech skills list, my predominant langueages are Python and Java, I also like C, C# and C++, where ive been ehancing my skills lately. Programers and game devs who work with unity and unreal engines know what im talking about. Im pretty experiencied and fluent with Web Dev like HTML, CSS and Javascript. I also have experience with database design, administration and monitoring like SQL Server, MySQL and some non-relational databases like MongoDB. Im pretty good at solving problems with operating systems, mainly Windows and Linux. Im a pro at building PCs, specialy gaming PCs and I have phisical experience with hardware mouting for entreprises like servers and network equipment. Thanks and I wish you all a happy year. ^^
