Better graphics for CSS ?

Yo

I was wondering if it is possible to get better graphics for CSS. I'm currently using a mod called Counter-Strike: Re-Source. It's decent but I think there is better, any idea pls ?
Oh and by the way is this sort of modification tolerated by server ?

PC player !
I'm currently using "The Quality of Life Mod" which is lighter and I'm trying to modify GUI myself trough VSCode
