Why are you interested in applying for admin?

  • I’ve noticed the lack of admins during EU hours, I believe I can help the players indeed and provide a good and fair environment.

What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)?

  • I am mostly active during EU hours, but I am also bit available for NA hours when needed.

How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for?

  • I first joined NiDE in 2019 with a Nosteam account, and since 2022, I’ve been playing with my Steam account. Over the time, I've gained experience and knowledge to the server

How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied?

  • I would say I am bit experienced. not the best out there, but enough to contribute my knowledge to the the server. I’m confident in my knowledge of the server rules to help in solving issues.

Do you have any past admin experience?

  • Yes, I've been an admin before, which has helped me gain experience.

Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc)

  • Bit of mapping.

 

Optional: I know that I've had some negative impact over the past months. I'd like in advance to apologize to any admin out there for my bad behaviour. I made this application not for the admin only but to prove myself.

Hello maradox, thanks for your application. I was about to been neutral, but unfortunately, as Kami Santa mentioned, and i'm tend to believe, that is truth, we dont apprecaite as an admins this stuff, especially when you applying on the next day for an admin, it doesn`t show your seriousness, also some other points, which i wouldn`t like to talk about in that topic, all that brings negative impression! So in my personal opinion you need to growth up a little bit.

So for me it's -1 for now. Good luck with your application!

Neutral. It is good that you're owning up to your mistakes and bad behavior/attitude, but you must show more that you've changed. Becoming an admin is not a way to prove yourself. Also, your second admin application mentioned the same thing, that you improved and changed as a person, but we all saw what happened when we tried holding you accountable. You have had reports of poor behavior between that time and now. While I'm willing to observe you and see if you have improved, I am not confident that much has changed since then.

tl;dr - Prove yourself to us more.

Hello maradox, vvelcome back to the admin team. from what I see, I think you have enough qualities to be a leader. however, after playing a few games together, I think that although the leader's qualities are sufficient, it is not clear whether the admin's qualities are sufficient.

Because when I was on the observation team, I saw trolling a few times. hovvever, I think that people always make mistakes, but vvhether it is intentional or a mistake varies from person to person. from my perspective, although i have sufficient leadership qualities, i am not sure if I fully meet the management requirements of being an admin.

It seems like I wrote a long list of neutral opinions xdd The conclusion is neutral

Hello @ Maradox

After reviewing your application with the LSA Team, we came to the conclusion that you aren't very ready to become an admin again, your recent behaviour in the server isn't the best, the community has talked too. We suggest you to first change in-game and show that you changed, being admin is not always the way to show that anyone changed, feel free to apply in the future.

      Thank you for taking your time out of your day to read my application and replying to it. I understand your concerns as you don’t know me personally on a deeper level and I don’t blame you, you haven’t played with me that much. However, I believe that’s why there is a trial period before achieving admin and it’s there for me to my prove myself and show my character to the staff team but also for the community.

      While I agree with what Chris said, speaking from my experience on the admin team, here’s how I see it.   I’ve seen Lackin around, and it’s clear there’s genuine interest in supporting the server, particularly during those late EU hours when things tend to get more chaotic. That kind of awareness is important, and it’s good to see someone willing to step up where help is needed.   That said, being an admin is more than just being present. It’s about consistent activity, clear communication, and leading by example. Right now, there’s still room to grow in those areas. The recent activity is a good start, and I’d like to see that continue. Improving clarity, both in chat and on the forums, would also help build trust with both players and staff.   So for now, just like Chris, I’ll be staying neutral but I’m leaning toward a +1 if you can maintain your presence and address the points mentioned.   With that said, good luck with the rest of your application.
