Je vais même pas faire l'effort de rédiger un topic propre ni même en anglais, car ça devient vraiment soulant et de toute façon le grand méchant saber à toujours tors.

La wester du mercredi 05/02, il y à 2 jours, lunala qui troll/trimm avec la earth + round perdu  ( VOIR LE LIEN DU CLIP CI-DESSOUS) aucun admin n'a autorisé le troll au préalable, le mec se met 2 jours d'eban alors qu'il en est à son 10ème eban.

Incroyable encore une fois les durées des eban à géométrie variable en fonction de la tête des gens.

Lunala en 3 mois, ça doit faire au moins la 10eme fois qu'il réduit les eban de ses potes et de lui meme. Les abus qui s'enchainent

j'ai moins d'eban que lui alors que je prends des durées de sanctions 15 fois plus longue que lui et de bien d'autres personnes sur ce serveur.

Mais c'est vrais que c'est plus drôle de mettre  2 mois a ce conard de saber  hein @ .Rushaway  pour une early holy sans incidence car le round a été gagner sur le putain de stage 2 de westerv8.... J'en rigolerais si s'était pas aussi triste.

 

Et en plus il se permet  de me mettre des "coups de pression" à chaque fois que j'ai un item entre les mains alors qu'il est pire que moi niveau troll et que chaque semaine il abuse de ses pouvoirs d'admins.

if you want to know , only 2 or 3 of my ebans are actually valid , and the rest either are not actual ebans or ebans i gave myself out of feeling guilty for ruining a round.

if you are so mad about westersand you would atleast know that if i wanted to troll , i would have soloed that round by just delaying earth , we didn't have wind and i thought he died so i used earth behind me , i felt bad for others and ebanned myself .

and yeah i have every right to tell people not to troll , dont think you are getting any special treatement , i say that to alot of people .

and next time , write the report in english , you got nothing to fear.

I didn't report because it would have been useless. For the nide staff I'm always wrong, even when I provide proof with clips, I'm just tired.

Besides, I'm waiting to see how they will still prove you right despite the evidence

It's no place for me to talk but i'll take  this chance. @ Life is a Bitch  can be somewhat exaggerating and I don't blame him for it. I was also permanently ebanned for jumping electro on EPIC Mode and the important part is that it wasn't on purpose. the timing was really bad that the moment i wanted to Trigger electro, a jump laser was spawned. Mobile ebanned me for 2 weeks and of course I couldn't do anything about it, that's what any admin would do so i just take it but then Life goes in chat saying he'll make it Perma for "always trolling" and i don't even play that much anymore lol (so my 10th eban is a perma) now i've seen people with more and more ebans than i do and never received a perma. now all i'm asking for is somebody to actually take a look at this

Nobody care maradox, if you want to complain create your own thread. This thread is about lunala and your talking of Mobile.
Some players play before you and keep playing and only have 1 or 2 eban in history. Why ? They just follow the rules, made mistake but never troll with item.
Btw Lunana never ebanned you according to the history...

Il te faut quoi rushaway comme preuve en plus ? et si je peux, je te les fournirais avec plaisir mais j'ai pas beaucoup de moyens.

 

ça fais depuis novembre que plusieurs fois il a réduit les ebans de ses potes et ses propres ebans. Mais ça je pense que vous l'avez vu et que vous le savez, mais que vous avez décidé de passer outre. Le problème c'est que la, ça doit faire au moins une 10'aine de fois, c'est beaucoup surtout qu'en plus les personnes ont généralement des gros historiques d'ebans.

Il trim earth ( c'est pas la première fois que je le vois troll) il se met 2 jours alors qu'il a 10 ebans dans son historique, la map d'après sur cosmo son pote trimm avec la earth, il lui met que 2 jrs,  alors qu'il a un historique de 9 ebans. Dans les 2 cas je précise que le round a été perdu.

Puis j'ai pas parlé des over extend sur les ff maps, on a joué 3 fois omisacev6 en 5 jours cette semaine à chaque sessions il over extend 3 fois, aujourd'hui 2 fois over extend sur feywood, sur ridorana aussi une fois et bien d'autres maps. Meme midknight qui est LSA je ne l'ai pas vu over extend une map plus d'1 fois.

 Et Il me semble que l'année dernière koen avait interdit aux admins les over extend sur les FF maps, non ? 

Pour en revenir aux ebans Je trouve vraiment le systeme de sanction actuel totalement injuste, même si je sais que c'est impossible d'avoir quelque chose de 100% égal, je pense qu'il pourrait quand même être un peu plus juste, et le commentaire de maradox sur ce topic en ai une preuve parmi tant d'autres.

I reviewed the clip you sent and while I do agree that the earth mightve been a mistake or panic, a troll isnt something i can be 100% sure of. Looking at it, you can see water particle is starting to fade (no longer active) for few seconds before chaos died, which probably made wanderer use the earth, but it most likely was panic since zm couldve been close by then already, not necessarily an attempted troll (which it could be viewed very easily as too) and resulted in a teamkill, shit happens and i agree with wand's eban on himself, and that should be a worth to mention that wanderer actually ebanned himself, regardless of his admin position, and didnt shrug off his responsibility of that poor earth cause of him being an admin.

Now to talk durations. His last eban was 19/10/24, which was for 5d for "trolling several times on mako wester" Below that he has some ebans lasting mostly a day, some less, but no ebans after that, no ebans for 4 months or so. We give out eban duration based on repeating trolls (how close inbetween the ebans are to eachother, severity of the troll) all these factor to the duration. While this duration could've been longer, I necessarily dont see an issue with this duration either, since wanderer has tried improving himself to not troll and being admin, I don't think he was being intentional with this troll.

Talking about map extends. We dont limit the amount of extends besides on mako cosmo wester, where extending isnt allowed at all. Generally speaking, if the team is motivated to beat the map, you can extend up to 3 times (but shouldnt be done too often) I dont like doing more than one, sometimes two myself (depends on team motivation, if the vote is generally negative, it will not go through, needs to be 60% yes vote for it to go through) But if the players vote to extend by big majority, I dont necessarily see a problem with it myself doing two extends or three even.

Lastly, if you have evidence of abuse from our admins, its important to show that to us LSA, cause we can't simply see everything that happens on the server and we will take reports of evident abuse seriously.
