Why are you interested in applying for admin?

Application for the Admin Position on [v93] Zombie Revival NiDE.GG--- Dear Server Team / Admin Team,I am very interested in applying for the position of Admin. As a dedicated player with extensive experience in server administration and community management, I hereby apply for this position. 

My strengths:
I have previously worked as a moderator/admin for other games, where I was responsible for monitoring game operations, enforcing server rules, and supporting the community. 

Through my open and friendly nature, I am able to resolve conflicts and promote a positive atmosphere within the community. 

What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? -> I have time at both times: noon, evening, night
How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for? -> 63h

How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? -> I guess I have experience as I have been playing Zombie Mode for many years whether ZR or ZE and know one or the other map.

Do you have any past admin experience? -> I currently own and manage my own ARK Survival Evolved server. I've also been a GameMaster on other games like Wolfteam (which sadly shut down in 2021).

Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc) -> To be honest, I have no idea about mapping, but with dedication, I can get it done. Unfortunately, I can't write plugins. I used to do video editing as a hobby.

for me personally, it’s a -1 at this time, mainly due to previous experiences i have had with you during your time as a donated admin. I can’t speak for the rest of the team, so that’s up to them.

Since no one is gonna comment, I'll be the first (possibly the only comment), but here's my 100% unbiased opinion as with any applicant:

While you state that you have admin experience, you just started playing on this server about a month ago. Not only that, you have made some questionable calls while using your donated admin. That's not a good rapport for someone submitting an application. If you're not sure what to do, you can always ask the ZR staff for help.

I don't think I have much else to say, personaly I barely even know who you are, you seem to be very fresh player, which just leads me to assume you have big lack of the expirence on the server.
I have noticed a lot of weirdly used admin commands, with no reasons given, For Example: multiple kicks, gags or mutes.
or not usefull at all spam of beacons, which just look like a common Admin abuse or none of knowledge of the Admin commands/access.
You should learn at least the basics first, if you plan to make another Application in the future.
No much else to say, just a lack of expirence and knowledge.
