Why are you interested in applying for admin? isee some time on asian hours theres no admins on and player they trolling and I’m also interested in being an event manager because there is maps on nide that we rarely play ifeal if

After spending quite a bit of time playing alongside Smygole, I feel it’s important to share some honest feedback regarding his potential as an admin. Based on what I’ve seen, I don’t believe he’s ready for the role — and to be completely transparent, I don’t think he will be anytime soon.

He’s still showing a lot of immature behavior. For example, he tends to get frustrated and rage quit when things don’t go his way, especially when the team doesn’t follow his lead. That kind of response makes it hard for others to take him seriously, let alone trust him in a leadership role. There’s also been a lot of unnecessary swearing and name-calling, which doesn't reflect the kind of environment I think we’re all trying to build here.

There have also been some past incidents that suggest he’s not the most trustworthy person when it comes to handling private or sensitive information — and that’s something we really can’t afford to take lightly with someone in an admin position.

I’m not trying to be harsh for the sake of it. I just genuinely think the admin team deserves someone more reliable, level-headed, and mature. Smygole might be able to grow into that someday, but right now, he’s just not the right fit.

I feel you have the motivation but you demonstrate bad moral behaviour overall.

my criticism of you is you're too egotistical when it comes to leading, playing and such, the image I get of you is someone trying to be in the spotlight always and are not happy when someone else approaches it. when you're leading you're not open to criticism, and you get defensive when people genuinely try to help you or correct you, you take it as if they're trying to lower you down so they could raise themselfs (rare case, people are usually helpful if you're open to hear them.)

an important part of being an admin is being trustworthy that you're able to make proper decisions especially when things are going badly or chaotic. everyone makes mistakes, everyone makes bad calls but there's no place for bad morals such as ego and superiority complex like behaviour.

smygole , you deserve a chance but we need to address some important points , an admin is just a player , if you can fix your ego issues and start listening to more experienced players/admins will improve you both as a leader and an admin , everyone can change , i think you deserve a trial period in which you need to show a change of mentality , which should be easy for you

As far as I seen you're great guy, not making major problems and you play decent maps. You deserve a chance atleast imo. Apart from that, you really have to work on your english and overall grammar if you want to moderate server. I know you can speak EN fluently, but you really need to improve your writing. With time, you can definitely learn everything that has to do with ZE, also other stuff aswell. You are still young and I think you have potential, good luck.

-1 I don't think you should expect us to take your forum post seriously with all the english syntax and formatting issues. With that being said, I think a lot of the +1s on this app conflate being a good player with a good admin. I truly believe that everyone other than some massive liabilities should be allowed to try admin on the server and will update to a +1 when you fix your app as while I don't know you there are a lot of people I trust that seem to think you're a good guy even if a bit emotional. If you're serious please update your app to reflect that (hell even if English isn't your first language chat gpt or Ai can format it for you).

After most likely a week of keeping admin application open, and getting as many peoples feedback as we could recieve, we got so mixed feelings.

Some people believe you deserve a chance, and its true, as you are a good guy, community knows you and you interract with it, sometimes not in best way but still, you know many maps and how to lead them, same time good guy and leader doesnt mean, you can be good admin, rememeber it, aswell, many people mentioning reasonable facts, about your immature, been ego sometimes, triggering to some randoms while playing, and beefing with them, trying to go in your own way instead of listening to people who wants you to get better, dropping items and not listening to leader, especially while you applied, this all matter, and important to have a good impression during apply phase.

I would suggest you not to apply for admin for next month at least, and try to improve yourself in many directions and work on them. If you have any questions, or you want help, advice you can always dm me.
