How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? i think i am a good player i am familiar with the gamemode i know a lot of maps since i have been playing for a while and i want to monitor now the server i spend most of my time

You spend most of your time on the server in spectate, not actually playing.

I don't want to detail how many complaints I've received about your behaviour towards other players in private messages, either in game or on Steam. 

You need to play more and, more importantly, stop harassing every single player on the server.

Hello @ Banananananana  I have to deny your admin application. And the reasons for that are pretty much obvious.

1 -  As many people here already mentioned, most of the time, you sitting in the spec, asking everyone for VIP/Skin in private messages, and not playing actually. I would not mention about details of private messages, since they are private, but its one of your actual problem.

2 - You have big lack of experience and knowledge in ze field, barely knowing the maps. We are looking for admins who can handle sv, been familiar with the community, and have knowledge on maps, so we can trust you can make right decissions.

You dont meet admin qualities we are looking for.

P.S: For your future applies, asking people to +1 on your admin application doesnt make any sense, and dont increase your chances in any way, as we pretty much know how it`s working.

Please dont apply in near future, until you will feel confident, that you have been improved!
