Why are you interested in applying for admin? Im interested in applying for admin because i believe that i can help protect the community and get along well with the members and overall just make sure everyone is having a good time.
What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? GMT+1
How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for? 26 hours ( i was told by anwar that i had to get 24 hours so i did in 2 days ).
How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? Very i have been staff in around 24 other servers and i have been given promotions and told how well i was doing so i'd like to help out with this community to i have 1.4k hours on the game and that sall from zombies i never played the real game.
Do you have any past admin experience? Yes around 24 other zombie servers my favourite was "papys aperos" and "mondial".
Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc) I can help with video editing i can learn that easy and drawing i can learn to and also if i wanted to learn mapping i most likely could.

You just started playing on the server 2-3 days ago? On top of that, you flood the chat a bit too much when you're on. That's gonna be a no from me.

You really need to have more time on the server. Not just nominal hours, but number of days you have spent on it. You've played on the server basically four times total. That's not remotely enough time to get to know the community, sorry.

Your ZE application was denied just recently, and now you're applying on ZR with the same issue, not enough playime. Also, the claim about Anwar saying 24hr is enough might just be a misunderstanding.

take your time, get more involved, and try again later. once you're more familiar with the players and staff. Either way, good luck with your application.

After reviewing your application, I must to deny it, because
You're fresh player on this server, you didn't even give yourself more time to get familiar with the server, you seem to be very immature with spaming, trash talking and I believe with lying too. It is not a good attitude for this role.
I don't think that you would become a good admin in future either, you gave me much negative vibes from the began.
