Locked Shop Plugin ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I think it would be a cool plugin to add a shop plugin, and add some cool cosmetics or something (kills = credits)
As far as i know other servers don't have this plugin, so I think it will be unique if the both servers have this function. (maybe i don't know what am i talking about)
If the server have these and i just don't know, don't roast me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
