5. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?
I have lot of experience in administration, and i love being an administrator, sometimes there are moments then admins are not in place and simple players need help. On server most important that people can enjoy game without any problems, and community need to be united and do not quarrel.

6 Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?
i was admin on the server in CS 1.6 and in CSS. In CSS i was one of the main admins on the server. I was admin in several projects not related to games and now i manage two of them.

7. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?
Right now i doing self-educating and exploring the world, I learning English language, I manage two projects but it do not take much time. I have several nicknames and change them sometimes. I am fully aware of all responsibility for being admin. At this server i come 1 year ago and I play 1 - 5 hours with breaks of 1 - 2 days( That all because of my sleeping mode is broken and i can sleep from 4 hours to 16 or 20 hours), if i'm going to be absent i try to always aware.

8. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question . 

First of all I will launch a demo to avoid missunderstanding. I will warn him that i discovered his foul play and notify elder admins. i will ban him for 24 hours and wait for instructions what to do with him, if other admins accept to ban him permanently I will complete the assigned task. After that i will send demo for admin that works with bans( if he exist ) and will explain the situation from my side.

Admins and VIPs use torchlight from time to time, I find it quite unfair excuse to -1 because "soundboard spammer", I'm sure he wouldn't spam after he become admin.
