-1 After spending quite a bit of time playing alongside Smygole, I feel it’s important to share some honest feedback regarding his potential as an admin. Based on what I’ve seen, I don’t believe he’s ready for the role — and to be completely transparent, I don’t think he will be anytime soon. He’s still showing a lot of immature behavior. For example, he tends to get frustrated and rage quit when things don’t go his way, especially when the team doesn’t follow his lead. That kind of response makes it hard for others to take him seriously, let alone trust him in a leadership role. There’s also been a lot of unnecessary swearing and name-calling, which doesn't reflect the kind of environment I think we’re all trying to build here. There have also been some past incidents that suggest he’s not the most trustworthy person when it comes to handling private or sensitive information — and that’s something we really can’t afford to take lightly with someone in an admin position. I’m not trying to be harsh for the sake of it. I just genuinely think the admin team deserves someone more reliable, level-headed, and mature. Smygole might be able to grow into that someday, but right now, he’s just not the right fit. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and hopefully this post won't get deleted or hidden.

hello saber i just reviewed the demo, they beat the map indeed and it was zm mode stage where everyone can mess around anyway some zm approached rud, he knifed him apparently "intentionally" towards you and another player where on that platform you got infected immediately but the other player avoided it i would kban rud in this situation but again this is a zm stage we dont really apply strict rules on it imo the gag has to be reduced to 4 hrs since its quite long for 1 wk you only have 2 gags related to call admin abuse 1 is 1hr long and the other one is 3 hrs they all in previous year also try not to use profaned language since it wouldnt make the situation better topic closed

hello Rex after viewing your case with the eban, i concluded that the eban for 1 month is too much yeah so i will reduce it to 1 week since last eban you got was the previous year, which was around 10 months ago, thats long time indeed. however the 3 days ban will stay due to avoiding ebans, just make sure next time not to avoid punishments even if you got semi unjustified punishment and instead make a punishment appeal or admin report (in case of actual admin abuse), and i am pretty sure you will get the reasonable decision to handle your case. topic closed.

You've had several punishments within the past month on server, and your interactions on the Discord server does not give us any confidence in your maturity. The last time we denied your application, we stated the reasons: lack of maturity and growth/improvement. This time, I still cannot see much improvement from last time.

-1 I don't think you should expect us to take your forum post seriously with all the english syntax and formatting issues. With that being said, I think a lot of the +1s on this app conflate being a good player with a good admin. I truly believe that everyone other than some massive liabilities should be allowed to try admin on the server and will update to a +1 when you fix your app as while I don't know you there are a lot of people I trust that seem to think you're a good guy even if a bit emotional. If you're serious please update your app to reflect that (hell even if English isn't your first language chat gpt or Ai can format it for you).

hello Seven as i watched the demo on that westersand map session i noticed that you were talking non stop and spamming in Russian (most of the time you just babbling/hallucinating with yourself and no one was replying to you ) and bothering everyone in the server where some players asked admins to mute you, for around 30 minutes which is quite long time. Wanderer warned you about that you may get muted if still spamming Russian in voice but you didnt listen and continue doing it despite being warned. I stopped playing at the same year and came back in 2020 where i first played in unloze. I stopped playing ze in css for a bit and played ze in csgo gfl. I moved back again to css since my pc was too laggy for csgo at that time and discovered nide.gg and supreme elites. Now i just play here a lot on nide and sometimes other servers.

hey @ Schlafsa4ck / N1co I don't think I have much else to say, personaly I barely even know who you are, you seem to be very fresh player, which just leads me to assume you have big lack of the expirence on the server. I have noticed a lot of weirdly used admin commands, with no reasons given, For Example: multiple kicks, gags or mutes. or not usefull at all spam of beacons, which just look like a common Admin abuse or none of knowledge of the Admin commands/access. You should learn at least the basics first, if you plan to make another Application in the future. No much else to say, just a lack of expirence and knowledge. Final Word: Denied

Just a reminder about the older application requirements: it was 72 hours. He has over 156 hours, so that's almost a full week of active time playing on the server.

@ .Rushaway You are right . There is no double that spending 150+ hours is a lot of dedication playing in the community . Need to be accurate about hours . Like you mentioned . But some players can just come to make those a hours is not that much time to be frank and be afk in server without any action and communication whether it will be via chat or voice . We need to more precise about the overall behaviour of players and monitor them , because to have admin privileges , need to be more familiar with gameplay and admin rights in order to take action to a given circumstances and situations.

@ .Rushaway well of course you know . But 156 hours for 2 months and a half is low active time or he did play earlier before march and registration here . So 156 hours is quite low for 4 or 5 months . So I'm just saying . Need to monitor more because when i start playing last year in end of january i did make a those 72 hours pretty fast . its a pety hours for player to apply for admin . I did not know after those 72 hours a lot of things about maps and situations and admin rights.

I will keep this short since the topic has already been locked and marked as resolved. GBGaming kicked you under my direction. You should know that intentionally using scripts to bypass AFK detection is a punishable offense, as this rule is shared across several servers. That's why we didn't include it in the rule set since we assumed people would have the common sense not to do so. Kicking you was the warning. The usual punishment would be a short ban that increases with repeated offenses. Hope this clears it all up. P.S. Future admin reports not filled out correctly will be closed without warning.
