I was there in the sunlight session. Yes, you delayed the item use, but you could at least use it earlier to save more people because zombies was right behind you when they died/fall to the bridge. That's my take.

ze_surf_froyo_css3 is my favorite, probably the most hated map of all time because of you made a mistake/can't surf, you died.

TMP and P90 are the best weapon since some maps use 1 bullet = 1 hp, also you can backpedal (shooting while running back) easily without loosing some run speed. M249 is good for boss that not moving too much / kill you by go near it. M4A1 are good for mid-range damage and accuracy if you want to help defend from little bit far. M3 Shotgun has good knockback, but rarely anyone use it (unless some maps that have insta kill trigger waters like venice, icecap, etc). For the AK47, its good for damage but bad at accuracy. Only usable if the zombies is not above 5k HP. That's my take.

If it is some snapped movement on the player's aim, then I will record the demo, issue a ban, and report to superiors.

Good and very hard event, but im afraid that mountain escape will be a total chaos. Because some modes like space mode is hard and human and zombie can delay as much as it can with bhop and strafes such like that. Even the knife arena is disabled so yeah.
