I will say actually - U need to play on server more like 3 months or something to get it, and u need to be good active and help to winning maps and not ruining. Play much, and if u have a wish to get it, then u will.

I want to become an admin because I often see idle admins who, instead of working, prefer to spam the chat with the players. In most cases, they either don't work at all or do their work so slowly that people have time to troll them. I want to do everything quickly so that it doesn't bother the normal people. I think my mindset has changed a lot for the better since 2023. I don't spam or trash talk, I just enjoy the game and the emotions. i hope this application has at least some weight, and I hope it will be taken seriously. I just wish that players would have a lot of fun playing the game and not get tilted by spammers who get away with it when there are 3+ admins on the server.
