-My name is Chris  and i'm 17 years old.

-My steam is STEAM_0:0:601613213 and i'm applying to ZR server.

4. How long are you playing CSS ?

-I started playing CS 1.6 on 2016 and then i've discovered CSS at 2018. first, i started playing on a Non-Steam and using Bronze/Slmp XD as a username.I'm playing on a DE servers and practice my aim,then i saw some cool ZM servers in youtube and that's where i found Nide.gg Zr server.I got curious so i copied the server's Ip and download it.i started to think of playing on a Steam, So i decided to make download Steam and make an account.Thankfully my friend headshot gifted me an original CSS since i can't afford one.So that's it, I think i've been playing in ZR server for almost a year now.

5. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?

-Tbh, i really don't have any experience of being an admin on a server, I'm still lacking of knowledge but i'll try my best to gather knowledge but it'll be great of someone voluntarily teach me of what im curretly lacking. On the server,The most important thing to me is maintaining the server peacefulness and making every player comfortable as they play.

6 Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?

-As i say,I really don't have any experience of being an admin but i know the basic property of being an admin such as guiding newbie players on the server with server's commands and other stuff. I'll try my best to maintain peacefulness to Zr server so the players will comeback again which will be a benefit to Nide and i think i can provide players from US and PH by promoting Nide to them.

7. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?

-I'm just a High School Student with a course of IT(Information Technology) focused on Computer technology)I'm from United Stated but im currently in Philippines because flight from other country is not allowed due to Covid-19 Pandemic, what im doing rn is animating stick figures and i'm using ADOBE Flash to animate, I'm always playing on the server...almost every day i think.

8. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question . 

-In a scenerio where a player is being suspecious of using an Aimbot. First of all, I'll spectate the current player who's suspeciously acting weird(Suspected for using Aimbot) for 10-15 min, Old players like me know if it's an Aimbot, You can tell the he's using an aimbot if he constantly aim at your head. In spec mode, You can tell if it's aimbot if his aim is smooth just like the aims of the Bots in ZR but since i'm a new admin on the server, It's better to ask older admin to have a look at the player. If the player who's suspiously using aimbot is confirmed. I will give the player a penalty. 1st Penalty- Ban from server for 1-2 weeks. 2nd Penalty- Ban from server for 3-4 weeks. 3rd Penalty- Ban from server for 1 month(maxed).

+1, convincing and constructed application, such a pleasure to read

P.S. Aimbotters are usually do not use specific settings to have smooth aimbot, it is not public sv. However, some players are unique. To prevent consequences, check if his crosshair is humanity moving. As you experienced on ZR for year, you'll find it out, easy peasy

      hello maxing  after i reviewed the demo for more details and i concluded that ned item can be used aggressively to defend zms (as ransmi the mapper mentioned that ) but mobile seems that he went too far and jumped inside zms often and often then in jump part he couldn't make the jump bcs he was getting damaged by zms but the defense was kinda bad so he failed and died. although he has to be much more careful since Ned item needed for later part to heal teammates, i hope this case wont happen again or there will be more decisions have to be taken same thing goes for other stuffs  as for Harraga said, he mentioned that doesnt know the map well which is hard to believe, as an admin you shouldn't tell players to doorhug (where some doors explode) bcs its not  good at all from admin perspective. topic closed

      That first demo clip has half the team doing nothing jerking off to anime sprays at the top maybe if a real ∑SΣӼ leader was on they would have told the players to stay down and defend. Mobile using Ned that way is the best way to use it and he's the only reason why zombies didn't get up sooner to be honest.

      it might be crazy for some but theres this feature that nide runs right now its called !selfmute it mutes people in your end so you dont hear them i dont know if this feature is used much these days but it can really help

      I'm gonna butt in and say this cause multiple people have asked.  Using Ned to aggressively overdefend like that isnt trolling. You practically get 20+ seconds of invulnerability if used right and is pretty much the "meta" thing to do especially if the Bart player is also doing it. In the clip you posted you hardly lost because of him getting swarmed, being unable to make the jump, and losing heal. When you climb the ladder you can see like half or more of the team being stacked in the corner on top not even bothering to defend.  Maybe if this was repeated behavior across multiple rounds it would be trolling but from just the clip you posted what he was doing what he should have been doing with an item like that.
