What server are you applying for?
I'm applying for the Zombie Escape server.

Why are you interested in applying for admin?
I'd like to help NiDE as much as I can since I spend a lot of my time here and I've seen many times mostly on casual maps when the server had a low population that there was no admin to handle trollers and cheaters. My main goal is to give NiDE players the best experience possible. I know a lot of players see me as a troller but I really intend to take things seriously if I become an admin. As for this permaban I had a few months ago because I think it's necessary to mention it, I don't think about it anymore and I don't hold grudges against anyone since it was my fault. And I'm deeply sorry about that.

What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)?
I mostly play during EU hours, however I still hop on in NA times whenever I feel like it.

How long have you been playing on the server and how experienced are you in the game mode you applied for?
I've been playing CSS for over 15 years with breaks due to school and life events of course. I started as a nosteamer like most players before buying a Steam copy around 2014-2015. As for NiDE, I've played in pretty much every server that opened whether it was in v34, nide-css.ru or NiDE.GG. I'd say I have advanced knowledges of the game mode and CSS in general. Plus, I know most of the community.

Do you have any past admin experience?
I was admin on NiDE.GG twice for a total period of 2 years, once on old NiDE before it merged with Supreme-Elite, WAFG and I also had my own server for a few months thanks to NiDE opensourcing their works for years now. It wasn't really a popular server but I learned a lot, from how to manage the server machine, plugins/extensions, cfg, FastDL via ftp, how to install torchlight, maps, skins, custom files and so on. I was also admin on some Zombie Plague servers back then in CS 1.6 such as FGS.LT and UGC.LT.

Do you have any other skills?
I'm planning to get into mapping soon, as I've already decompiled a few maps to get some basics.

Finally someone worthy of an admin, +1 for Harraga - actual guy that knows how to use items/when to use them and is actually active. Has ze knowledge, unlike some ex LSA's on nide that didn't knew what spikeball does on stalker and were asking others players if they need to eban people or not, which is ABSURD (map that was played 2 times in one day in 2020-2021 period)

You can provide your point of view, but no need to have behavior like that.
Lsa roles is not administrating the server fully, they are more focused to analyse server population mentality and make communications between everyone. 

Change your attitude, your name always comeback to LSA and this is not a good point for you.

You can be a good leader and experienced player, but what that bring, if you can`t simply talk normal to people that playing and interacting with you... That is the case so many times i`ve personally seen and heard directly been on sv.

I’m not talking about myself that doesn’t matter. But constantly trash-talking the staff, admin team, as I’ve seen, doesn’t do you any favor aswell. You are free to have your opinion about the staff in DMs or elsewhere, but not in front of the whole server.

I'm aware of all this, sometimes I might go on monkey mode when I see someone trolling or just not listening especially if they are an experienced player. Not being toxic is something I'm trying to work on and I apologise for any inconvenience that have happened in the past.

As for the part about the admin team, sorry to say but that is not true at all, I do not know all of them but there's a lot of admins I appreciate in the team. Most of them do their best to cooperate with me when I'm trying to lead or just as admins whenever they join the server and they are very responsive when it comes to listening to community suggestions. If I didn't like NiDE admins as a whole, I would have stopped playing here a long time ago. Let alone want to help the server.

+1 for trial , just your game knowledge and experience should get you this far , as for whatever happens after that is totally dependant on whether you'll stay true to your word on doing a complete change of behaviour , because that's the only issue you have .

I appreciate you for being an experienced player and well known, helping team, leading maps, and doing some good contributions on the server , but for the moment I will be neutral leaning a bit towards - 1  bcs your recent behavior on the server has been very unacceptable towards some admins and some players to certain point, I really believe that you can you change yourself and I will be happy for you to get your shot, good luck!
