Hey Damik, i appreciate you taking the time to apply again and showing continued interest in helping out the server. It’s always good to see players wanting to contribute and be part of the admin team. that said, while you’re activity and enthusiasm are definitely positive, i still believe the language barrier and overall communication issues would make it difficult for you to properly handle admin responsibilities, especially when it comes to reports, player interactions and teamwork. by teamwork i mean clear communication, coordination and cooperation with other staff members, not just being friendly, but being able to understand and respond effectively in staff discussions and situations. I understand your intentions are good, but being able to communicate clearly is an essential part of being an effective admin. because of that, i’ll have to give you a -1 on this application, though i still appreciate your dedication. -

Hello Korv, I'd like to give my two cents. I think I have played with you ever since you joined the server way back in 2021, although I didn't initially have a favorable opinion of you back then. I think, as of late, I have noticed the signs and willingness to change, which is a good thing. You seem to have matured quite a bit compared to your early days, so it's a +1 from me. Just a small nitpick: criticizing other people in the hopes of making yourself look better is never gonna work, especially if said people are your potential future colleagues. Good luck.
