Hello Seven, i know you dont like me but i'll still say its not the time for you to make the application. Nearly half the server !sm you when you joined.
Your mute history is 4 times than your age and the mute is still 2 weeks long.
You dont know when is the time for you to talk on mic, you say bad words in every sentences.
Only good point from you is you like to lead the map,i respect that but only that cant help you to get enough admin material

i Usually don't care about the age in an application , its all about how mature you are .

however respectfully , the age is really apparent on this case , i think you need to give it a couple more years before you are ready to judge other people for their actions , usually people your age are very emotional and that blinds them greatly , and that is what we see on the server .

although this is a huge -1 for me , i still hope you enjoy your time on the server .

Looking at your history, sheesh! Look fella, I don't have any confidence of you being an admin. Especially since you were drinking and constantly talking over leadership when someone is already leading. Forgot the name of the map for testing (about helicopter entry and repelling to the bottom, awesome intro/cutscene)

uhh well maybe nexttime buddy, u need to be a lil mature and well known in the community...then, u might have the chance to become an admin...
and refrain from spamming/talking over the leader(s) in tryhard sessions...continuing with such behavior will just give you a bad reputation here

Hello Seven

I appreciate the effort you put into this app and how serious you are with it

I regret to inform you that you are denied (yep it hurts a bit, but I am telling you why)

you clearly too far from admin position for several reasons

1 - you tend to talk, interrupting leaders  or communicating in Russian with other people (especially when someone is leading ) and this not good sign, we dont want to mute some admin bcs he is talking over leader that's doesnt show good image of nide admins

2 - you already have several mutes this year

3 - lacking maturity really shows here and you are too young for admin position being 13 yo and the recruitment age is 16 (although we take some exceptions very rarely )

4 - not enough experience in ze and in the community overall  maps knowledge is an important aspect

5 - you are showing the quality or state of being foolish, silly, goofiness all the time  (i dont know how to really describe this lol) This is a major when we are recruiting admins also to show a good image and  decent reputation of nide admins/staffs

6 - not respecting hierarchy or other admins to hold you off not talking over leader and other stuffs

7 - swearing and using bad words all the time (yep you already mentioned that)

 

Although it's not over for you yet maybe it will be better next time , you really need to work on the things I have mentioned for you (dont apply in near future until you meet these requirements btw ).
