Why are you interested in applying for admin? : I love this server, and I want to become an administrator to help the server and offer ideas for improving it. I also see that many administrators don't play, and I want to fix that.
What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? : EU 4 hours active
How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for? : I've been playing since 2022
How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? : I think I'm experienced in game mode, and I know all the mechanics.
Do you have any past admin experience? :  I have experience in administration. I was an admin on public servers.
Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc) not

 I'll be honest with you. Where do i even start... this is already close to your 10th application. you keep ignoring advice from multiple people and submit almost the exact same vague motivation every time. on top of that, you've not been really active since your last application. 

without real effort and  clear improvement don't bother applying again. save yourself and us the time and trouble.

While this is a ZR application that's outside of my jurisdiction, I would just like to point out that you can still help admins and the server without being an admin yourself, such as reporting people through the proper channels or helping other players out. You don't need to become an admin if just want to help other admins or the server.

Normally, I like to give myself time to build a proper response, but in your case, given your history of past denied applications without any changes in your answers or improving on yourself to better yourself, I'll just get straight to the point:

You state that the admins don't play, which I find to be false. Perhaps not while you play, but we are an active crew. It's a grueling task to manage the server (especially in my timezone, as I'm practically the only active admin during American hours, as in North, Central, and South), but I'm able to manage it alone efficiently during said hours. Also, we also have a life outside of the game, respectively. You can't expect us to be glued to the game 24/7.

You also state that you play for 4 hours, which is also false. Many times that I have seen you, you would play for either 10 minutes, or one map session, then you would disconnect & not play again for a while.

Although you have previously been a Donated admin, in the past, you have done some questionable calls which raised eyebrows to the staff, myself alike. You've also done very little to practically nothing during your tenure as a donated admin.

On a side note, I 100% agree with what koen said. You can always give ideas, suggestions, make complaints about other players, etc. without the role of admin. I'm sure the guys over at ZE always pitch in their ideas & suggestions to better improve on their side. You can also do the same to better improve on our side.

Hello fella! Although this is not my field of expertise, I also seen amount of denying applications before. So, you are always more than welcome to assist and help out and report players by recording either using shadowplay, obs, Medal, or anything that can record to whoever is breaking the rules. (As koen stated)

I suggest to keep playing the game, help out the players if they any questions, report players, or if you have the knowledge of the gameplay, you can give useful tips. Always welcome.
