Locked Admin abuse from laith[TN]

i wanna report about laith , this guy is abusing on me and isnt even funny what he is doing he mute for no reason and gag for no reason too and after he say that i'm insulting he but he insult every day i join the server without  i saying anything to him and this repeats all day and i'm sick of it and dont even know what means admin he need learnd a lot about admin and how use it and how cuz he is annoying to me and  to other people in server and i hope any admin with a brain make something about that...

"omg this tunisian admin" .. thats  1 .. 2 : i already talked to anwar about u and he said he'll deal with u .. i muted u cuz u insulted me and its humiliating that everyone laughs on u .. ididn't say i didn't insult u either but i was kidding by that and everyone knows.. thene whene the mute expires u complitly insulted me and my country ..u just keep Provoking me.. soo after all that .. u come and report me with inappropriate template ..  and u already have 9 gags and mutes .. i think i know why .. just well done buddy

Am sensitive no .. But u say that while u didn't see what this dude did to me .. Now am not saying that i just buyed admin to get more power .. I said that am higher it means .. Am higher than him as am a paid admin and he is a normal player .. Actually i gag for insults to keep the community clean .. Many ppl don't like to see "f*ck" and words like that ..about  creepy or whatever his nick is ... give me one single proof that am bad with players or abusing .. U just like this dude bogdan .. Idk what this sh*t called but u said that sh*t not cuz am abusing cuz u just wanna put bogdan in a strong position to get me demoted .. So plz ..
