give him admin he is willing to put the time to learn the knowledge & he has strong dedication since he is playing everyday almost. if you give him good enough mentorship instead of putting him aside I think that he can become a good admin and his trial period will prove it true or wrong

and wtf is this? some replies here have been admins for over a year or even more and yet are still completely useless and incompetent yet they pass him -1 lol

You’re young, but also still a bit immature which doesn’t work in your favor
Too much comms even after your previous application, You need more time to improve and demonstrate that you’re capable of being an admin, Even if you are an experienced player as you claim, the way you manage situations with maturity and accountability is just as important which i don't see in you
