Hey When I was admin I was very active and I slowly witnessed how the server changed One of them was the insane population shift, lets get this out of the way - Around 1 month ago or more, unloze was slowly dying. Server was barely active, and nide was very active with 40-60 players usually. Then, few weeks later it completely shifts: Unloze fills up with 65/65 all day, nide barely getting any players. The reason is simple - overplayed nemesis and easy maps. Few weeks back we used to have garbage map marathons all the time, so much to the point where you could call nide a nemesis server. It was getting so bad to the point where people started getting sick of these marathons so they moved to unloze Not really related but eitherway: 1 time we were playing boatescape (no surprise) then it was time to vote, the maps were: gris, grau, mindtree, temple ancient, sorrento - All good maps except sorrento, and what do you know they voted for sorrento Vote wasnt even close, literally 6-7 votes apart I dont say you should play laser maps all day, there are some other maps which are really nice also; but you need to understand this: When csgo became free css ze started dying because many moved to csgo, and what remains in this community is simply laser fags. You only see the newbies in easy maps I understand the point of giving them something easy to play, but you also need to understand is those newbies arent gonna get good at the game ever if they keep doing this. Take this for example - What does boatescape teach new players? Go on a boat, go afk till u reach the end, get to the end, wait a bit, smoke, go to the boat, win. Same usual repetitive stuff, you need to give something challenging for newbies to let them get good. Im not saying laser maps of course, anything challenging. Its not a coincidence the server gets full when we are playing laser maps. Its because its what remains in this community, laser fags. While you might not like it but the answer is simply there, you need laser maps to get the server full.

Just so u know, im not talking about mountain bbo, im talking about mountain v5, other mountain version. bbo hasnt been nuked (yet)

I recently saw that paranoid and biohazard rpd got nuked from the server, I dont care about both of those maps (never liked them) but what I dont understand is, why remove them ? I literally see 0 reason except "killing the server" (which has been a thing in many other maps too) If those maps will still be removed I dont care since I dont like them. But mountain_escape_v5 technically got nuked (The min player requirements is 1000 now) for no reason. I dont see why tho?? It was a chill fun map and as I can see it didnt kill server usually, as only 5-7 players left after the map. It really makes no sense to nuke this compared to the other 2 The excuse "it kills server" is really invalid because many many maps also kill server, you cant really make an exception since its unfair to that certain map, why not delete every map that kills server then? I can name alot but im sure you know all of them.

Hey there, I admit it was me who did 1 more round extend. I also set insane next round since we had time for a few more rounds, I have nothing to say regarding change to god mode. (Since it wasnt me) Now for the extend: Again I have not much to say, in the server its been a long since we beaten insane, so I decided to extend 1 more round so we can have a chance. But I see that it was a better idea not to extend and just let it change to nextmap, or atleast make a vote. I will remember for next time to not repeat this again. Thanks for the report.

Almost every ze server punishes zms for spinning with item and you said to me that unloze slays first then bans. So you knew the rule and still broke it anyways and got banned. I will let higher admins do the rest

well it was just some unnecessary fun i guess, the map is rather easy and chill so i couldnt care any less if it was a tryhard map I would never do that. thats about all i have to say, ill let higher admins do the rest

I havent seen you lead any map ever, so why use that as an excuse? all you do is f*ck up and then play the victim like 10 times till you finally realize we're not falling for it then apologize. you said you didnt care about an eban, but after i gave you 1 month eban u were constantly insulting me because of that. you didnt learn from 1 week mute, and now youre pissed you cant spam your sb. I will keep the mute myself, but it is up to higher admins to decide if they also agree.

On the serious note, you could at the very least give us some maps on where they troll "check demos" isnt the best reply since there are 1000 demos and we cant check all in 1 day. If you are correct, we will be more strict.

About 3-4 months, however I do have 4-5 years of cs 1.6 exp and about 1.5 years of CSGO exp (both of which we're nosteam) then a friend of mine gave me CSS bundle so now im playing CSS 4. Why do you think, we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community? So many times ive been in a situation where someone is spamming or breaking rules when there is no admin, by the time admin comes on the suspect is gone or just not good enough info for admins. I'm pretty active (mostly due to my age) and so I can help with that. What's important for me is that the server can remain clean without any trouble. I can also lead quite alot of maps, the more famous ones. I'm still not the best leader but i'm growing. 5. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin? I've been admin quite a few times on CS 1.6, on a few dust2 servers and 1 zombie plague server, ive dealt with hackers, trollers etc. before and can spot one without a big problem. Also I know how to deal with other people like spammers n knifers etc, Oh and though its not as important I do know quite alot of admin cmds on here. I never left those servers, but what happened is that it just simply got shut down. So I had no choice but to move to another one. 6. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server? Well I do have an online class now (11:00-14:30) so from those hours i cant be on the server all the time but after that i will be on for maybe 5-10 hours or more. I currently am just staying inside most of the time so I can be active quite a lot. 7. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him how will you deal with that? Write your answer in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question . I will first spectate said suspect, record demo, see if its true that he has aimbot or not, if im 100% sure I will ban him for a week. If im not 100% sure I will send said demo to a higher admin, and let him to decide.
