It's due to your no-steam launcher, some of them doesn't work with some servers you are probably using warzone ? Try 7Launcher, and vice-versa if you are already using 7L. ( also if you are using 7L try it from favorites section through the launcher ) I also recommend u to use discord if you doesn't have it already you would get faster answers than forums
