+1 this user had an amazing growth considering how hes not very old in the game , i consider him to have enough knowledge from playing on the server and looking at admins to know what to do when hes needed. also very chill and mature

I had wind , i tried to drop my item to smoovy but my hud glitched and i didnt see the timer , so the item just got left on the previous area after the tp . therefore even if he didnt transfer it , i would have done it. forgive me for my assumption but your reports are kind of unreal .

Ofcourse not to mention keeping the server clean from scripters and trollers , however this is a secondary objective to me as i saw most admins both new and old are knowledgeable enough to react , but ofcourse ill still try to be the first to take action. / What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? Mostly EU times , But ill still be active on NA times when im free ( for example the next 2 or 3 months ) -------------------- / How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for? ive played on the old nide server ( nide-css.ru ) for 2 or 3 years , before it became nide.gg where i also spent around 3 years playing almost daily before ultimately leaving for a bit to pursue irl related stuff / How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? I'd say i'm more on the experienced side of players , especially since at some point in time i had won every map the gamemode had to offer ( except santa extreme ofcourse because of the times it used to be played ) and even now i know most of the maps available on the server and trying to learn new maps i can potentially lead . I also know the basics of movement , item usage and general player behaviour . -------------------- / Do you have any past admin experience? I've been admin on multiple servers across multiple games such as cs 1.6 and old css v34 when it was a bit more populated . and i also been an admin on nide.gg for around a year give or take on 2020 , and i'd say i had done a pretty decent job at that , however ill still try to improve my shortcomings. / Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc) I don't really have any skill i can use online however i would not like to leave this space open so i'd like to improvise a bit : in summary im basically applying to become an admin just to try to take the correct action whether admins are on or not , however ill try my best just to do what the other admins wouldn't and ofcourse i won't delay taking the initiative of being the first one to make an action when needed . i'm also up to learn the new rules the higher ups made for admins and try to understand the reasoning for them , since ive been inactive for a while which won't be true anymore since ive been active almost daily for a bit now , and i'm planning to keep that going . Sir , you know i have major respect for you, but let's be honest , normal server admins have no effect on the future of the server , this is a thing that relies on higher ups , server admins job is to keep the comfort of gameplay , yet most of those server admins are providing little to no utility , you may say that the gameplay kills or revives the community , but the higher ups should be the ones with steel judgement and their decree is no trivial matter, for me server admins are no judges , but enforcers according to rules , but a touch of creativity and personal effort would be the pinnacle to their job you may have earned the respect of players , but have your admins do so ? they provide us no respect either , all i see from server admins is the not-so-delicate usage of insults towards players and even through nide's cursed tv bot , what i understood from his words is that lead admins are accepting new admins based on ... nothing ? no new admin of these deserve the place they have , you may say we accept admins based on their determination to learn , but that is not a point , i dislike mentioning people but to me i would not respect an admin which plays for 1 month and gets server admin , then do nothing in the process . I do agree in this , forze is controversial as you put it , but i will trust him more than these new trials , atleast when it comes to what it comes , he can totally stand up and do his job if he sees fit , and if he makes a mistake then he may be reported then get the right punishment , but these new admins ? what to report and what not to report .... not like reports were ever taken seriously anyway. and yes , i dont think being determined to learn qualifies someone as an admin , administration is no trivial matter , simply trying wont get you anywhere That is true but sadly not a provided case in nide , no admin accepts criticism , and they do not act maturely and reasonably as you later mentioned , today in my case i had a personal disagreement with a server admin , he got frustrated that he could not take the right action , we had a chat discussion yet he muted me without a gag ? why , you may ask . because current admins fear to lose an argument , this is not what a mature person would do , and most of the new admins have the same flaws. i hope you atleast got some of what i tried to explain , i may not be the most clean player now but i may be sure that more people will agree to my points. may you accept my words with a grain of salt
