4. How long are you playing CSS ?

I have been playing Css since 2013, but I have got stop and come back playing so many times, but actually I have been playing more constanly. (Holidays and Weekends)

5. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?

My objective is clear, let the people have fun and play without cheaters that make their experience worst. I am very active in that server so I know the people and I have contact with them.  I like leading so always that I know the map and I can do it to help , I will do it.

6 Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?

The unic experience I have is in gmod, being an admin on a TTT spanish server, called "Supernova Servers" althought now is closed.

7. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?

I am a hard-worker and I like always to learn new things.I'm from Spain,in Andalucia. I'm actually finishing what we call "Bachillerato", basically studying, this will give me oportunities to go to university or any other thing that I want, In my case, Nacional Police. My hobbie is agressive rollerblading and playing videogames, but since I have been so many years playing ,now I get so quickly bored of games, but not of Css. I play on weekends but now I thoguh it would be a good oportunity to join because I have the summer holidays, I think it will be a good oportunity to try   and get experience of that. I can talk Spanish(Native) English( Actually I have the certified of B1 , but I have been preparing for B2, and probably I will do C1), and a little french.

8. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that?Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  

If it's obvious , I will record it, save the clip and ban him , in case he appeal later

If it's suspicious or I'm not sure, I will record it, save the clip ,  and  talk it with other admins to keep and eye on him, and share them the clip.

But you dont need to record it. We have an archive where demos is saved for maps.

      Thank you for taking your time out of your day to read my application and replying to it. I understand your concerns as you don’t know me personally on a deeper level and I don’t blame you, you haven’t played with me that much. However, I believe that’s why there is a trial period before achieving admin and it’s there for me to my prove myself and show my character to the staff team but also for the community.

      While I agree with what Chris said, speaking from my experience on the admin team, here’s how I see it.   I’ve seen Lackin around, and it’s clear there’s genuine interest in supporting the server, particularly during those late EU hours when things tend to get more chaotic. That kind of awareness is important, and it’s good to see someone willing to step up where help is needed.   That said, being an admin is more than just being present. It’s about consistent activity, clear communication, and leading by example. Right now, there’s still room to grow in those areas. The recent activity is a good start, and I’d like to see that continue. Improving clarity, both in chat and on the forums, would also help build trust with both players and staff.   So for now, just like Chris, I’ll be staying neutral but I’m leaning toward a +1 if you can maintain your presence and address the points mentioned.   With that said, good luck with the rest of your application.
