  1. Your Name and Age. (Remember that you can only apply if you're 18+ ) Lewis, 21

  2. Your Discord UserName: (aF! mohamed. #1906 for example): lewis12309#4542

  3. STEAM_0 and which server you applying for ( ZE-CSS/CSGO or ZR-CSS ) : STEAM_0:1:590843453, CSS ZE

  4. How long are you playing CSS ?: I’ve played CS:S for 269.3 hours at time of writing. I used to share an account with a family member where I had over 900 hours playtime in CS:S, and in both cases most of my time has been in Zombie Escape servers. Overall, I’ve been playing for about 2 or 3 years on and off.

  5. You will need minimun of 72h of connection time (3 days): According to GameTracker, I have 203.95 hours logged at time of recording.

  6. Needs a minimun of 1+ players and 3+ admins to get approved + Lead admins will have the final word.  Acknowledged.

  7. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community? Unlike a vast majority of the community who are well invested into dedicating their time playing Final Fantasy maps and the daily “laserfag maps” marathon, I want to encourage the server to try a wider variety of maps rather than the typically overplayed maps we play almost every day. From the classic maps that made ZE what it is such as POTC, ze_random and titanic, to the real challenge maps where you need an effective leader and full communication with your teammates, such as Rush B, Randomiser, street_fight etc. I’ve taken the role of leader multiple times to try and win some maps as a team and make ourselves feel proud of what we’ve accomplished. (My near wins of Rush B come into my mind) Back on topic, what’s important to me in a server is that we have a nice respectable community that talks nice, plays nice and even has a great conversation in voice chat from time to time. These kinds of moments shouldn’t be ruined by loud noises, poor microphones, or annoying hackers. I also prefer working in teams rather than on my own, as more effective action will happen if everyone comes together and pitches in their own way.

  8. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin? I personally feel I have limited experience as an admin, but I still have some experience to show for it. I’d previously been a moderator/admin in a few small Star Wars RP communities in Garry’s Mod, where my main roles had been making sure players follow the rules, assisting in some events and managing job whitelists. These communities had shut down last time I was in them. I’m unsure if this really counts, but I have hosted my own Garry’s Mod servers, although mainly to mess around with real life friends.

  9. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server? Starting soon, I’ll be going through an internship that lasts for about a year. When this begins, I’ll be aiming to play on weekends, whilst also dedicating some of my free time on weekdays and holidays where I can.

  10. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .   The server would already have some form of anti-cheat measures to prevent an aimbot encounter (in this case, VAC plus any other anti-cheat plugins such as ZE Little Anti-Cheat and SMAC), so if the person wasn’t being detected automatically, I’d have to take matters into my own hands. Firstly, I’d spectate the user and observe their actions such as their aiming position and any other necessary evidence. I would note this down and continue to monitor the player. Once I’m certain and made sure that our suspect is using cheats, I’d ban them for a week without question.

Clearly false allogations, I've never seen proof of this specific event. Although lately when people hear my voice, they've either asked me to pronouce "bottle of water" or proceeded to mock my British accent to have a bit of fun.

    • Just before anyone ask me what kind of role I had on the projects I worked on and what kind of IDEs and prog langueages im most familiar with, ill give it a short answer: I started as a QA tester, became a junior prog and evolved to senior in around 4 years of exp since I finished my TeSP and while studying Computer Engineer. Ive also been a team leader for prog team and networks monitoring team for some months until a while ago where I decided to step down. The pay was good but my wish is mainly to program and not to do admin stuff. I prefer the tech part of the job where I have a problem at hand and I need to think of a solution. My github page is personal, dont ask me for professional company code as im not allowed by law and IT Society Work ethics and Engineering order to be able to share what ive worked on professionaly. But all my personal code is on my githhub page and available for anyone who has a need for it.  As for my tech skills list, my predominant langueages are Python and Java, I also like C, C# and C++, where ive been ehancing my skills lately. Programers and game devs who work with unity and unreal engines know what im talking about. Im pretty experiencied and fluent with Web Dev like HTML, CSS and Javascript. I also have experience with database design, administration and monitoring like SQL Server, MySQL and some non-relational databases like MongoDB. Im pretty good at solving problems with operating systems, mainly Windows and Linux. Im a pro at building PCs, specialy gaming PCs and I have phisical experience with hardware mouting for entreprises like servers and network equipment. Thanks and I wish you all a happy year. ^^
