The rules of the server can be read both on the forums and on the server, and if you'd read it carefully, you'd see that it states: "Use of hyperscroll will result in a kick. If you join the server and keep using it, it will result in a ban of 1 day and then 1 week and then 1 month if it's repetitive."  I saw you in the chatbox stating that on UNLOZE you have no problems with it, but even there the use of it is prohibited, but there we only punish by limiting the bhop (same as sv_enablebunnyhopping 0), capping your speed at 300.

So, first of all, this is the global rule: "Use of hyperscroll will result in a kick. If you join the server and keep using it, it will result in a ban of 1 day and then 1 week and then 1 month if it's repetitive."

Even though you're not using pure hyperscroll, you still get triggered by the bhop plugin we have many times. When an admin is in the server, he cannot know if you're using a special mouse or you're indeed using hyperscroll, so the statistics that are showed up in the bhop plugin is the only information they have, so the kick/ban were justified taking that into consideration.

But now that we know you are using "just" a mouse, i leave you 2 options.

1) You keep using your mouse, admins don't ban you, but you will be 100% triggered by the bhop plugin, which is going to limit your bhop everytime (you will not be able to bhop anymore).

2) You switch your mouse or adapt it, so you don't be triggered by the plugin anymore. This would be the best solution for you.
