Why are you interested in applying for admin?- As i said many times i want help people not just have fun with admin powers help them work on myself and be better watch server ban bad gyus
What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)?- +9 GMT like for 12 hours staright (sometimes not 12)
How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for? - 2k hours
How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? - very well i proffesional player, defender, soloer
Do you have any past admin experience? - ye 1 time when i been younger and was using poiwer without thinking (on nide buyable one)
Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc) - mapping, scripting, 3d modeling, video editing
e.t.c- here ill be more free as you know me as player you think im not ready im only playing laser maps and all that stuff but you dont understand a thing i want become to be serious in youre eyes and be helpful at all be better than sometimes (being retarded kid)

today im sick and cant type much but ill try as much as possible

story - i helped many people in my life but they wasnt been "good" to me when i joined ze community. ive been playing css for

straight 6 years but now i feel myself better than before because if try to do something and i cant do it i can try again not like in life
its better a bit.

Hello seven!
With all due respect to you, while you are still a minor and still trying to improve yourself, I guess it's too early for you to apply, simply because you are still not developing your maturity, which is a huge part of being an admin here. 

It's true I have not interacted with you very well, but based on what I saw from you and of course those little conversations we had about "laser" maps. I still find it hard for you to maintain the maturity that's required to handle stuffs on the server. I don't have the word to say this, but I am sharing my opinion just incase it matters.

Maturity can be improved, just put your dedication into it, and you'll succeed with that, though I used to be an admin here when I was your age, but that was a different story that i would not like to talk about here (Not the good place to talk about such things).

Though, I will have to give you a -1, for what I said above, but still, I wish you a good luck with this application!

dolly i understand thing that youve been admin before i know it
and about "lasers" i just like to play that type of maps because diddle or collective not for me (collective was cool only in inf mode) im not getting fun of other type of maps (only some like mm or santa)

Hey Seven, I think it’s still a bit too early for you to become an admin on the server. You’re still a bit young and sometimes react emotionally to criticism you get in-game. I don’t doubt your skills at all, but as an admin, it’s just too soon for you to start a trial period. I know you’re trying to rebuild your image, and that’s great just give it some more time, there’s no need to rush. Also, try to reread your applications before posting them since there are often a few mistakes it would really make them more impactful.

This is not about other admins nor anyone is calling you a retard, comparing is never a good thing, and its even worse when you are trying to clean your image from past inmaturity, while i think you have improved your behaviour, i still think you need more time to grow, you are still too young, and while its true that age doesnt matter sometimes, most of the time is true that it affects the decision making.
