1. Set every graphics to the lowest
2. Lower ur resolution
3. Go to control panel
     -Go to system
       -Go to advance system settings
         -In the new window opened select the Advanced tab and on the Performance section click on Settings
           -Check Adjust for best performance
4. Go to control panel
     -go to Power Options
       -Select the High Performance / Ultimate Performance power plan
5. Click the start button
     -Select Settings
       -Click on Gaming
         -Go to Game Mode
           -Turn it on
6. You can try to Install Razer Cortex
7. Close background processes and resources consuming programs
8. You can check for malware or viruses

just play with 20fps.

and u will good at it

if u want good fps

just format your laptop and install cs:s it will better than before.
