Hello Thera During wester v7 you left with an item aka zm warp which is an ebannable offense, I suppose it wasnt super serious because as I recall it was either stage 2 or 3, however warp is a pretty strong item and the map is also serious so I wasnt entirely sure on what to do here A little hard to explain it but the offline eban command doesnt have a custom duration option, only presets or already existing times, so I chose 1 day. I suppose this was extreme and unnecessarily high since this was your first eban, but then again the choices were I think 10 minute, 1 day, 1 week and so on if im not mistaken. The command also didnt have the option "leaving with an item" so I had to choose the 'Other' option. I am still trial, If I had sourceban access I would reduce it or remove it entirely but I cant, so I will let lsas handle the rest, I know you're a chill guy and all that so im really sorry for the confusion and extremity of the action If you have any other questions feel free to ask

Nide is the only server I play on and I simply want to be admin again to help it out as best as possible Right now (and for the past few years) I think its safe to say nide has been struggling with the admin team for a while now, theres a shortage of old, active experienced admins who arent afraid of what do whats neccessary quick enough especially on toxic maps, this summer theres been some great applications and its great seeing familiar faces on the admin team that the community knows are trustable and reliable with their position(s), I can help out greatly with them because I play those same maps and I'd say im experienced enough to know what to do and what not to do, these words might not seem much but I can prove it more so if I get accepted All in all fancy words aside I just really want to help out the server, a few days back on a mako session a certain player ruined the round and there were no admins to punish him (despite being mako) and he got away clean, stuff like this just upsets not only me but the server when the experience is ruined, feels shit when you are watching a troll in progress and you are helpless to stop it What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? I want to keep this as fair and unbiased as possible During cosmo v5 at the last round, striiker took earth, after that, right before the ship tp, I killed him while he was supposedly typing on chat, after that he abused and transferred earth to someone else which isnt allowed by both admin rules and nide rules. After he transferred earth he did not attempt to apologize, or correct his mistake in any way, which if he did I think it would be fair and I'd be fine with it personally and wouldn't be writing this He didnt give his reasoning in depth, by his own words he was "writing" and was "managing what to do before the event", which is just a fancier way of saying that he was writing and got caught offguard and died with the item, which then lead to the abuse. Not only that, but he also ended up lying, he wasnt "managing what to do before the event", he was typing on normal chat to a normal player, he wasnt typing on admin chat. I have been admin myself and been playing for quite a while now, im not very old in any way but this the first time I see such a thing, nothing like this has ever happened and this is type of transfer is pretty clearly abuse, I went ahead and checked the current nide rules and nothing like this is mentioned, and since this has never happened before I can rightfully assume this is also not allowed by admin rules unless proven otherwise. Even if such a rule did exist, then its a pretty stupid rule. Occasionally a player will crash or lag out with an item and then the item is transferred to someone else, sometimes the player in question is respawned also. This seems pretty fair since bad internet, lag, or ping isnt really much up to our control and its not the player's fault. But when you die because you were writing, thats your mistake and was up to your control, transferring because of lag/crash, and transferring because you died while writing are not comparable in any way, you can pretty easily doorhug, get to a safe place and then write out what you want, especially considering at the cosmo ship part everybody just doorhugs at the rocks instead of defending now, which striiker being an experienced player obviously knows I have intentionally left out a few details, such as the previous round before the abuse, and the convo after the abuse, because I dont think they are much relevant to the topic here, however if neccessary I will comment on both things After the first few admin responses, please do not lock out the thread instantly, I would like to respond to whatever is written here first, thank you in advance. Population wise nide is definitely doing well, though what I meant by struggling is that most old experienced admins left, and the current active admins aren't very experienced, those that are experienced dont play very frequently, only sometimes. No offense of course, im not trying to say the current active admins are bad - its just that being a ze admin requires alot of time and experience - I'm sure with enough time the current active admins will become just as good as the old admins, but its a slow process that needs time and experience which I have and I can deliver Perhaps 1 year back, or some months ago when I was playing infrequently, but these days I have a lot more free time and honestly I don't really troll on nide anymore, and I'll completely stop trolling if I have to. I have trashtalked admins in the past yes - its just that im playing another game since a while now that can tilt you really easily and I haven't fixed my attitude from it, and it's bad habits leeched into here. Ik its not the best excuse, but I hope you can somewhat understand it. I can easily reform myself if I have to. This is something that I did realize after a little while, and it was a bad mistake of mine - it is something that im trying to fix overtime. It will not be repeated (even if I retire) When I first applied on 2020, the 16+ (later changed to 18+) rule wasnt established yet, because of this I got accepted without any problems, I hope my age doesn't cause any problems. What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community? - I asked lsa if I could return to admin, and he said to apply, and here we are; I came back to ze some months ago, and I noticed nide is struggling and needs experienced admins. Ofc ill try my best to keep the server clean, I know most trolling patterns on laser maps and I can usually spot them without issue - im still a bit rusty so ill need some time to get back into admin habits though. I have been admin twice already on nide, I dont remember precisely the periods but I believe around may to july 2020, and october 2020 to 14 january 2021. Though even then I can still join for a couple of hours beforehand if I see good maps on. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him how will you deal with that? Write your answer in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question . You can usually spot aimbotter from high top def dmg - If I see someone racking up unusually high dmg, around 30k+ or more dmg higher than the top 2 def i'll spec him, if i see hes aimbotting then its a 1 week ban.

Understandable, as i said its fine in some situations but ur example is not the best like gagging for super heavy insults towards person/religion/country/ is fine but even then its not so common, "g*y admin" shouldnt even be insulting it literally means like nothing compared to what most ppl say in ze. Oh and u can also just gag that person for spam if he says it 10+ times btw. Btw u still have to fix wester v7 entwatch and deadcore s7 insane bosshud. Wester v7 entwatch is bugged, if you use an item it will still say e.g "Fire[R]" when it should be like 60s cooldown instead. deadcore s7 insane bosshud does not appear on boss.

This is true, there are too many admins atm who dont have enough experience to actually moderate a server but they're still admins anyways. Nide is very obviously desperate for new admins, which is why everyone gets accepted; because they need more admins. Problem is those people who get accepted are really new and dont have enough experience. Ofc these admins can still learn from their mistakes/from other admins, but I rarely actually see them learning from their mistakes and ive seen so many admins do dumb stuff for example in every mako session, the same troller knifes on the same spot again and again and again, even if you call it out they will be too slow and not react fast enough, and that troller ruins the round. Funny part is 90% of the time most nide admins go spec during mako, but they still dont slay/ban the knifer fast enough. This is 100% true, tbh even when I was admin I dont actually remember seriously muting/gagging someone for insulting me, i mean, you are literally admin in probably the most toxic gamemode of css, racial slurs, toxic words are normal and are pretty much part of the ze etiquette. By muting/gagging someone for "admin disrespect" or "toxic" it means you arent ready to be an admin (ofc there may be very rare and special exceptions where this isnt applied). It is also funny coz im 90% sure these admins think that they are higher than these normal players just coz they are admin and think they should be respected because of it, hence the mutes; truth is is that respect needs to be earned and not demanded, and no one will respect you just because you are admin. s7 insane bhud has been broken since 1 year or more and it still hasnt been fixed. I dont know wtf happened to wester v7 entwatch, i heard some event broke it. These should be both fixed asap. Mako wester cosmo will always be troll maps, your job as an admin is to prevent trollers / ban or eban if they troll, but the problem is is you guys legit dont do anything, whenever someone trolls it takes you too long to react or you just dont react at all, ive seen literally people blatantly knifing / trolling with items and getting away with it. Oh and most new players are brainwashed by some players into thinking "ff = bad" because it "kills" server, trollers or whatever, even myself when i was new i had this mentality but when i started playing ff maps i actually enjoyed them What he meant is that admins will eban / bans are really inconsistent, and sometimes you will get a huge eban / ban when you shouldn't get it. e.g i was banned 1 hr for trolling. Sure i respect the ban, i trolled and i accept it, problem is is that this ban literally got increased to 1 day. Wtf? This was my first time getting banned since 2020 (lol) and its increased like this? Thankfully i talked to lsa and he reduced it to 8 hrs. U should look carefully into sourcebans, or ask other admins about certain players regarding ban times otherwise if you do unnaturally unhealthy bans like this people will be upset and it will lead to future complaints. Another example is a person in wester v8 yesterday used selfish heal 2 times (Only he and some of his friends would get heal). This killed maybe 3-5 people and was his first time trolling in the week, this lead to him getting a 700 minute eban, Wtf? This eban should be max 120 minutes, it is unnaturally high for no reason. If it was a huge troll like with earth or using wind to boost zms sure it would be understandable but making it this high for no reason doesn't make any sense. There was a stripper on the server to prevent said telehop (courtesy of Klixus) but idk wtf happened to it. There should be a stripper to fix the telehop asap or more zms will ruin the round. Also this telehop should be bannable btw for the meantime

It's possible to win at that part with 3 humans, its easy to defend there (at the gate) and since u can early trigger next part with skip it means zms cant reach u fast enough to kill u, and after that part zms have no chance of killing you unless u fk up majorly and fall down/mess up bhop.

i agree nide has been going downhill since long time now and it would be nice if the current management finally stepped up and did something about it. nide admins are super flawed atm. (with some special exceptions) most of the time they dont take any actions because they are scared, inexperienced, sleeping, lacks a pair of balls, or all of them together. wicked said everything else i wanted to say about nide admins. it would be nice if current lsa's did something too, back then old lsa's used to teach trials/normal admins and actually helped them alot (can say with experience) and in general they just used to do something. most of the current nide admins just join the server and have no idea what they are doing in which lsa's can easily fix.

I have literally never seen holy being used there up until now, and as I said u are mentioning ghosts coz no one will support u in ur decision to use holy there Why do u think ppl call it creepytima? coz they named it after u, u being the first to use it in wester v8 boss couple of months ago. While I do see that you are active on the server and you care about ze you aren't fit for admin right now. You are already mentioning about witch-hunting people in your post which is already a massive red flag and (while it might not be true) I can already assume you will let your emotions control your actions and you will do irrational stuff as an admin. -1 But I still suggest LSA to accept you so you wont make 10 more apps in the future

yoo while I dont have much of a say exactly in the report/abuse here i would like to ask a question why the fk was he repromoted in the first place lol when he was LSA before being demoted for inactivity, I dont remember him doing anything except causing nice drama like this and having great activity stats such as "1-3hr/ per month" there were some times where i was chilling with some other admins, and when we looked back at lsa's (at that time) Stone, killik and lardy we completely forgot lmntrix even existed/was lsa ,cause he was never fkin active now that hes back as an lsa (even tho he doesnt deserve it) we see him already doing massive drama, and doing nice stuff such as fighting with another LSA and making him retire, banning people for insults and stuff.... It would be good if u demoted him to server admin atleast, respect should be earned and not demanded. even stone who was never active as an lsa during his time was better than him lol (cause atleast he actually gave alot of advice in admin discord and actually helped admins)
