 I play a lot on nide, ive been trying for several weeks to be less toxic, and im less so im not an angel but better than before. Otherwise i would really like to help the community as soon as i have occasionally, i try to help with eban, kban and mute the guys who troll and spam.

8. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?
I was donated 4 months admin on the server, i also had a trial period during which i failed and im sorry. Im now more inclined to take things seriously.
 
9. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server.

Well i dont do anything, its a bit of a problem but suddenly i have plenty of time to play css. 
 
10. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  

10) First i look at the top defender to see if he is the first from very far. Then after that i first look at him to be sure, then if its obvious, see if his aim is moving too fast, if his damage is suspects. I kick him asking him to deactivate his aimbot. If he comes back with him, i ban him this time. And in the meantime i contact an admin or lsa to see what else to do.

I recommend you practice becomes more and more familiar and don't troll, don't toxic, don't insult.
Especially !sm me or other player, I know someone use it but it's also offensive to the leader or good player but I'm not sure (slightly recommending /sm)
A special thing is when I'm online alone (no other admin online). I see you changed your personality a bit and chat positively.

i dont see why to apply so early after getting demoted from trial server admin, i think you need more time before doing another admin app, thats my opinion, and also study more english thats a big thing :v

With that said, i believe on lsa's opinion on this as always, so i will stay NEUTRAL again.

yai i will give a +1  he did many effort last month ago for being less toxic

surely,  he is not speak english very well but its same for me  and i think he can hunderstand  the "essential" of player requierment.

surely he is/ will be more rude than many actually admin, but i think  it can do a great job.

eternal question : mako/westerstand trol are tolerate or not...??  

Last Note : even if he trol admin, he will be report on forum in 5 minutes , watch in hand...

Hello Santa,

Thank you for your application. 
Sadly we have decided to decline it for different reasons (many of them have been listed before with different feedbacks) : first your donated admin has been removed few days ago. Indeed you abused and this was not a good time to apply just after that. Other reason is that even if we all see that you changed a bit lately, being less toxic, you still need more times to understand how an admin should behave on the server. It is not only about using commands, but also the way you behave with the others and your attitude.
If you want details you can.... *discord notification Santa PMed you* ... forget it you already did it.
Keep going on this way of improvement and also you should maybe get more confident with english since this is also a big lack.
