Why are you interested in applying for admin?

Nide is the only server I play on and I simply want to be admin again to help it out as best as possible
Right now (and for the past few years) I think its safe to say nide has been struggling with the admin team for a while now, theres a shortage of old, active experienced admins who arent afraid of what do whats neccessary quick enough especially on toxic maps, this summer theres been some great applications and its great seeing familiar faces on the admin team that the community knows are trustable and reliable with their position(s), I can help out greatly with them because I play those same maps and I'd say im experienced enough to know what to do and what not to do, these words might not seem much but I can prove it more so if I get accepted
All in all fancy words aside I just really want to help out the server, a few days back on a mako session a certain player ruined the round and there were no admins to punish him (despite being mako) and he got away clean, stuff like this just upsets not only me but the server when the experience is ruined, feels shit when you are watching a troll in progress and you are helpless to stop it

How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied?

Very experienced, I am a bit out of touch with the newly released maps but I will do my best at learning them

Do you have any past admin experience?

I have been admin 2 times before here I think on 2020 and 2021 respectively (not sure), outside of CSS i have been admin a few times on 1.6

Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc)

Nah, nothing special, similar to a friend of mine I will use this section to improvise and say a few things, im well aware I do not have the best past on this server, especially with terms of some certain people including but not limited to the staff, however im wayy past that and right about now I just really wanna help the server, nide might have a few issues and ups and downs but its still a fine server thats fun to play on, the people make it fun and the maps are nice also, I will take my position very seriously and we can call it water under the bridge I suppose, I will tone down my behaviour if neccessary also, the server is surprisingly still going well with the population and id be grateful if I could help make some positive change

While I might not agree on some points regarding the state of the admin team, in my eyes, you still deserve a chance to be an admin again.
