Added a plugin that won't allow player connect to the server, if the steamid already exist on server.

Lol. Good job dude. But i have one suggestion for what you do: Use the https://www.random.org/ website to generate random number from 0 to 50, instead of some number in your mind ^_^ . It would be more cool on my mind, but still it's up to you.
