4. Why do you think, we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?
I was admin on a lot of servers within differents communities. And also i had my own community for a couple of years on CSS, and now on CSGO. I've a good knowledge about supporting servers (plugins, configs, administrative jobs, etc). Also to be honest i'm pretty busy on the entire day to join, but i'm active on every night (This server has good population on the night, so i think would be good if i can join to help, because i saw that there are not too many admins at that moment)

5. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?
I know all sourcemod related commands, i know how to do/write plugins and i've good knowledge as i said above about being admin and administrate a zombie escape server.

6. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?
As i said, i'm pretty busy on the entire day to join, since i've my own community to administrate and support, also i'm keep studying and working. But i can join every night.

7. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  
Well, about hacking i am not that patience, so if i am sure that he's using aimbot, i'll record a simple video to show head-admins that i wasn't wrong before perm-ban him. 
If the hack is related to a bhop hack, i'll first ask to the old admins to know what should i do so i'm sure that i won't break any admin rule.
Let's think this is happening on my server, and the anti bhophack plugin print that a player is using bhopping hacks, first of all i'll see the pattern of him, then spectate him and make sure that he's hacking.
Btw there are a lot of ways to handle this.
