Hello guys, today will be my last day as server manager I think this is the time where I have to leave my position, since there are problems in my real life I have to deal with them so I am gonna be inactive for amount of time, I don't feel that I have the passion to continue being a staff on nide admins team I would rather to focus my goal, currently I am jobless and I need to find a job bcs I am in bad status in my life,I was thinking to resign for long time ago, you may see that I decided suddenly to leave but I don't have time to explain , I might be able to come when my situation becomes better that would take several months at least, thanks you guys for supporting me I really enjoyed helping Nide and being a staff there for more than a year, best wishes and good luck!

those answers ? basically very bad and short answers shows that you didn't make a good effort to write proper application, lacking of experience + shows that your English is so bad and that will be huge obstacle communicate . so the app is absolutely terrible -1

Hey Joe mama , i will try to be honest with my answer i have been playing with you for amount of time and i think its enough to judge on that , you are too young to be official server admin it's not about your age , its about your mindset it's kind of immature , i am not gonna lie you are useful sometimes and active yeah but still , the bad things that i have noticed then from you , you sometimes flaming /triggering certain people and that is bad behavior for a long run admin experience , also you sometimes acting like a lead admin and removing others punishments without asking them or taking a permission from them , besides you sometimes being impulsive and rushing without thinking previously . i hope you won't take my answer personally , it's -1 for me unfortunately good luck and have a nice day !

Well your application isn't bad tbh you did a good effort to write it + you were honest with it that you said you haven't been an admin in any server, I admire that. Your answered in all questions well, I liked that part you want to help the community and make it non toxic, enjoyable and free of hackers that is something good. So what I gonna say like Akadir said you may playing in different time zones so most of admins don't know you well, honestly I have seen sometimes in the server especially in morning /day time. Don't feel frustrated even if no one replied and you got denied it does not mean it's the there will be always second try, everyone got equal opportunity to apply. it depends on mother zm ratio , the default value for mother zm ratio is 1 : 7 that's mean every 7 humans 1 zm will spawn ,but some maps have either higher ratio like 1 : 5 or lower like 1 : 8 so basically higher zm ratio means higher chances to become mother zm , you cant be mother zm in 2 rounds in a row (it's almost impossible ) unless if you joined in the middle of the round ( you will join as zm as we know ) so it's possible you will spawn as mother zm in next round, also dont forgot that top 3 defenders will be protected from being mother zombie in the next round .

I agree about remove the shared cool down for other lasers maps but keep it on FF maps maybe also stalker and tyranny but not gris, grau, pkmn... etc But the thing like Limonada said playing laser maps in row for example cosmo, stalker and tyranny, the players wouldn't stay in the server unless the next map is Laser map and that can affect the population as well.

Really poor English in general, you probably used a Google translate to make your application, lacking of good English can be huge obstacle when trying to communicate with others, besides you didn't include which server you are applying for is it zombie ESCAPE ZE or zombie revival ZR besides you wrote the wrong steam id ( STEAM_1:1:155863207) this is the correct one (STEAM_0:1:155863207), also not to mention I haven't seen you before in the and damn low connection time to Ze server which is 1:30 hour, https://stats.nide.gg/hlstats.php?mode=playerinfo&player=5815, Your connection time isn't really motivated to accept you to be honest but you improve it and also we have to see how you acting/behaving in the server, everyone has equal opportunity to apply but your current situation isn't really promising, so my vote will be - 1, have a nice day

Pirates and fapescape has the suitable players requirements in my opinion bcs both of them having 40 as minimum players requirements don't forget it counted players in spec bcs basically 35 players playing in the server and 5 players usually set in spec, also another thing to mention both maps are overplayed played a bit especially pirates, it's being overplayed for long time. We have many maps that we barely playing them and when someone nominating them usually players voting for something overplayed as well, the fact we have around 200 maps in the server and only 50 maps being played, I already increased pirates cool down to make better maps diversity.

Reducing players requirements for some maps can turn too bad for some maps, since most of hard maps needs 40/45/50 at least to play the map properly without wasting it or having a problem with few population or who taking the items , also not to mention there always some players in spec (like 5 - 6 players ) and those counted as online players. At the moment I don't see any map that needs to be decreased, feel free to mention me what maps you think it has too high players requirements I may take a look.
