Well like other said your admin application is too short and you didn't show your best abilities on it and didn't do good effort to write proper one specially on points 4, 6 and 7 On 4 you didn't write that you are able to manage almost all maps since you have very good maps knowledge also about ability in managing items as well on several maps (Eban and etransfer ) Also what languages you speak what other abilities you have On point 6 we need to know somethings about you like are you working /studying /what you are doing /what you like .. etc For the aimbot question we don't give warning or telling the user to stop or whatever,instead of that, if confirmed that the player is using an aimbot , take a fast and given immediately a kick (since trial don't have access to ban also call an admin with access to ban to deal with him ) or ban with the proper duration (if you have the access ) But despite that since I know you well and believing in your abilities I am going with +1

well according to what you said 7-8 experience and you have been an admin on 3 different servers playing on nide for 3 years you should have done way better admin application than that , you didnt make a really good effort to write proper one . besides when you have been admin before you should have much knowledge in admin material and you be able to know what to do and what not to do and taking the right decisions how to deal with most of cases happened ,how to deal with aimbotter bcs that answer is horrible , you shouldnt give any chance, if it is confirmed that he is using aimbot then you should take fast decision and punishing him with a proper ban instead of warning or telling him . like you said "i am merciful " admins shouldnt be merciful with trollers/hackers/cheaters or what who breaking server rules or ruining the game play. you can learning admin material by watching how other admin doing their jobes properly so i am going to be -1 ,i liked when you said to william's opinion " I still respect your opinion " that mean you expect criticism and try to improve your self next time best wishes and good luck

Nide players aren't ready for more difficult settings on hard maps we don't even play hard maps on Nide that much how about making them more difficult Maps like deadcore, gris, paramina, ridorana, Wanderer, tilex, rizomata, SAM ... etc I don't see them often before make them harder need to make nide players to get used with them Never played santassination on new Nide it's known for one one of the hardest maps of ze, so we don't how the team will perform well on it, need to play it before making it harder for Nide players I suggest to make settings on other easier maps that look like CT sided rather than make them difficult in rarely playing hard maps

well i dont know you very well but seeing your admin application and seems you old in ze community in previous servers so gonna be neutral (need to make your self more trustable about what you wrote ) despite you low connection time on Nide but seems you started to playing here recently

Well his mic not that perfect but to be fair his mic is not that bad I still can hear him while he is leading So he is doing volunteer leading and I never thought to mute him because no need actually plus no one complained or even asked for mute since the most of players feeling comfortable with that I see thst punishment was kinda too much with 30 minutes could be less, sometimes his leading is bad with that mic like kinda laggy but that could be fine, if someone else with better mic was leading I would prefer for him not to use his mic. By the way leads need to reply on this topic @LmntriX @Killik @Lardy

-1, lacking in admin knowledge + in ze community in general Not speaking English very well will be huge barrier when trying to communicate with each other

Speaking of what makes fun of the community, I actually find Keeping Henry as admin for long time makes fun of the community and everyone was waiting for the demotion Also recruiting admin like robin? That admin every one wandering how he get trial and they making fun of him, that guy doesn't know what to do + he missing with commands.

ze_paranoid_rezurrection_v11 is already on the server with the other version ultimate but they are on admin nomlits atm and about black skin on knife fun i think we cant remove it on that map only it should be removed from all maps if we tried and about knife cfgs/scripts its hard to ban players for being specious only without obvious proof + we dont have plugin to detect that like bhop hack and hyperscrolling plugin

Well written admin application overall and I liked how you answered that question with proper answer I am with +1 but if you were more active in the server your actually low 20 hrs total connection also I saw i you active in discord recently so that is also good point but for now with that activity I will be more toward neutral at the moment

@RuD i agree with klixus you must write the admin abuse report according to the template "even if you are right and what saying is true" you didnt include admins names and you didnt include the time and date we cant Judge just like and we dont know who the admins were there and who was afk and who wasnt afk at least make it like proper admin abuse report

Neutral, I saw how you replied to the question and realized that you can't speak English very well, and you know this community using English to communicate between admins and not speaking English very well will be an issue with that also being skilled player doesn't mean good candidate for admin but it could help, well anyway good luck.

-1 ,bad activity on the server at total actually very low activity less than 13 hrs and the server has been running for around 6 months ,also he should consider the new question on number 7

thanks for your suggestions Willy and welcome to our community . we have ze_last_man_standing_v5_1 already but it was on admin nomlist i added it while ago and its on public with minimum player "50" also i added ze_paranoid_ultimate_v10_4 and its on public even i added ze_paranoid_rezurrection_v11_9 but the last one is in admin nomlist only atm . feel free for more suggestions and thanks .
