Well your application isn't bad tbh you did a good effort to write it + you were honest with it that you said you haven't been an admin in any server, I admire that. Your answered in all questions well, I liked that part you want to help the community and make it non toxic, enjoyable and free of hackers that is something good. So what I gonna say like Akadir said you may playing in different time zones so most of admins don't know you well, honestly I have seen sometimes in the server especially in morning /day time. Don't feel frustrated even if no one replied and you got denied it does not mean it's the there will be always second try, everyone got equal opportunity to apply. it depends on mother zm ratio , the default value for mother zm ratio is 1 : 7 that's mean every 7 humans 1 zm will spawn ,but some maps have either higher ratio like 1 : 5 or lower like 1 : 8 so basically higher zm ratio means higher chances to become mother zm , you cant be mother zm in 2 rounds in a row (it's almost impossible ) unless if you joined in the middle of the round ( you will join as zm as we know ) so it's possible you will spawn as mother zm in next round, also dont forgot that top 3 defenders will be protected from being mother zombie in the next round .

I agree about remove the shared cool down for other lasers maps but keep it on FF maps maybe also stalker and tyranny but not gris, grau, pkmn... etc But the thing like Limonada said playing laser maps in row for example cosmo, stalker and tyranny, the players wouldn't stay in the server unless the next map is Laser map and that can affect the population as well.

Pirates and fapescape has the suitable players requirements in my opinion bcs both of them having 40 as minimum players requirements don't forget it counted players in spec bcs basically 35 players playing in the server and 5 players usually set in spec, also another thing to mention both maps are overplayed played a bit especially pirates, it's being overplayed for long time. We have many maps that we barely playing them and when someone nominating them usually players voting for something overplayed as well, the fact we have around 200 maps in the server and only 50 maps being played, I already increased pirates cool down to make better maps diversity.

Reducing players requirements for some maps can turn too bad for some maps, since most of hard maps needs 40/45/50 at least to play the map properly without wasting it or having a problem with few population or who taking the items , also not to mention there always some players in spec (like 5 - 6 players ) and those counted as online players. At the moment I don't see any map that needs to be decreased, feel free to mention me what maps you think it has too high players requirements I may take a look.

Hey pl_1over I have played with for a while, mostly at morning /day time, I haven't seen bad things from you honestly, you seems good guy and mature as well as and having good reputation I see all these replies in your admin application are promising and I don't see any negative replies and that gives us a good impression , I wish you the best of luck.

event if it was joke that joke went too far and admins cant differantiate between if that one was a joke or talking seriuosly plus non of Wael or Rud mentioned that was joke in the topic before well anyway i am waiting for an explaination from Lmntrix about messing with vip tag and using his name topic closed

well after i checked the demo twice rud clearly didnt crash in the rounds that he asked to respawn , he just basically was mother zombie here are 2 screen shots abput the rounds where he spawned as mother zm and this round as well and here some of rud and wael chat log where they were asking for a respawn wael's chat log there was also some provocing from wael started rud's chat log there is also some provoking from him so about the crash part it was clearly a lie so you started provoking Lmntrix about something that didnt happed and made a report about it (i mean the crash here ) i agree there were some over reacting from him like kicking you and playing with name and vip tag and those thing shouldnt came from him and almost all 3 of you where insulting each other Lmntrix's chat log he also shouldnt over react like that i also i agree about the mute wasnt totally justified since you didnt use the mic at all , and about the perma duration he gagged and muted you from sourcebans then he edited the duration to 3hrs , and about ebanning rud for push when the round was over he unebanned him later , and about the bad player who picked up ice yeah the admins there they should transfer it since he was so bad with ice but anyway he got ebanned later and mistakes could happen there were only 1 admin he was human and the others were zms and zms admins cant see the hud .

ebanning someone for a zm item is kinda subjective , we know that Dragonpriest is powerfull zm item and would have kill bunch of Cts and trimming some of them as well , but we arent sure that Wael intentionally went to spec with DP for trolling and making the round harder for CTs due to high hp of Alduin , if he was intentionally did that then may he get an eban .

Sausage already said what need to say Raiden already apologized about the mistake he did and he admitted so its fine so i am gonna remove that ban since Baracuda was innocent i think the case already solved so i am gonna close the topic

Poorly written application in general, you didn't make a good effort to write proper one, besides it's clearly not following the template, and it's messy, not well-arranged and lacking of important things And it shows that you barely speaking English, not speaking English very well can be a huge obstacle when you trying to communicate with others or doing your job.
