3. How long are you playing CSS ?

Been playing since it exists. I used to play a lot to HL2 and when CSS mod released played it a lot during my univ years.
I stopped for a while then played back again few years ago. I now play quite often for more than 2 years (each week more or less).
I can't even remember my nickname where I started to play.

4. Why do you think, we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?

As I love to play CSS ZE and I love the community around it (the lover / the hater / the abuser / the pros / the noobs), I also know most of the players here. You can take me for my legendary wisdom (a higher age person has more widsom :))). 
I think you should take me in the team as it will add diversity to it, and I am a trustful man and implicated in what I did / what I do / what I will do.
I know what can be fun or boring from people, the most important thing is to keep that community as it is and also take care of new people and push them to stay / play CSS ZE more and more. This is what would make CSS ZE great again especially for Nide.
I know pretty well most of the maps.

5. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?

No one, but I had to manage lot of things in my life, I love to learn and I would love to learn from the admin / tech community this would turn my vision of CSS ZE into a new challenge.
But obviously could be a big lack as I never been admin before.

6. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?

I am an entrepreneur (created a company 7 years ago), married and happy man. I connect quite often when I can, but I play usually on edgy hours (during days when I have some breaks/pauses).
I hope I could have some times to learn and be someone very useful for the good of the community, but I can be very busy too depending on my work.

7. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  

This is a question I ve read thousands of time. People answering it the same way.

But my answer : First I will have to know the rules of admins and how they proceed. Then I all apply these rules regarding also : who did that, what impact it had on the map / stage for other players.
But usually : if I am not sure I need to learn how to be sure what is bad or not : best way is to get proof. Spectating someone is the best way, then maybe if necessary check demo.
But would be a warning first (if this is not a big issue / deal) otherwise a kick (inflating on purpose and ruining a round).
