I play CS:S since 2010

 

5. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community ?

I know CS:S, i know the servers, i know the maps, i know the players and differents cummunities on ze, i'm not discovering the game.

After all these years of playing ze, i want to get involved in one community and make my abilities available for it.

I'm a mapper, i already did differents maps for ze and 35Hp server and i'm ready to make others ze map again and again and why not specials maps for NIDE.

Curently i  have four projects started.

IRL : i'm WEB devlopper (FRONT END) and i have skills in Web Design, Video Editing, Photoshop, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premier etc..

However my English is very approximate and i’m better at writing than speaking.

 

6 Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?

I have no experience as an administrator on a big CS:S server. But I have already been led to manage communities on other games (SA:MP, MC and others).

But there’s nothing scary about that, i know the rules of the server and i already had the opportunity to see what happen if you don't follow them.

I'm able to take a step back on a situation and not make hasty decisions. 

 

7. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?

Now, i'm working at home because of Coronavirus. So i take advantage of the fact that i have some free times today to make this apply.

I connect to the server between 3 and 6 times in a week, but my work take me sometimes lot of times and i my wife also (family before CS:S).

So the frequency of my presence may vary depending on the week.

Sometimes I can look like someone retarded or just idiot, but that's because i like to make people laugh. I’ve done a lot of acting in my life i have a slightly eccentric personality and I can understand that some people don’t appreciate.

But i can be serious when it's needed, when we play a serious map and need to be focus or when i try to lead.

 

8. Here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .

Well, i keep an eye on this player, I try to find out if the cheat is real. If it's the case, i apply the sanction provided by the server rules (depend also on ban history).

If my doubt persists, i can try to speak with him about an eventual cheat and check if his behavior changes after that. I can check the demo files of the game to be sure.

I can also ask the opinion of another staff member.
