agree with wicked, this admins are too scared even to slay, idk how some ppl got admin when they just played 2 days, also, admins doesnt play on hard maps, literally on some hard maps there arent admins but on boatescape there are 5 admins

Nide has become a clown server especially after Icey Cake Left.  These Lsa accept Niggas that don't speak english or f*cking people that have low af time on the server Like who tf is Hunter,Rognus and High Never seen them on the server before. 

 

Also Ruby knifed and he gets a warning. I knife I get 1 week ban.

I read you from the beginning but I can not accept some sarcasm against the current staff.

50% Of the work done by the staff does not concern the server, there is internal conflict management, people management.. internal organization, event management, and many other things...
There is a lot of discussion to find the best solution to satisfy everyone.

The most important in a team is solidarity, and I am impressed with the work of each member of the NiDE staff (Admin, LSA ect..) and the members. 
Try to bring useful and factual things to help us progress, because dumping your cancer on the staff in this forum will only make you lose credibility and the desire to listen to you.

If you are no longer part of the NiDE team and you dump your hates on the staff there is a reason, it is that you were useless to our evolution.

You see NiDE is only advancing from this day and on and yes some people get into admin position without an admin application because of many recommendations.

Well tbh I don't see any of our admins as trash they are behaving, not abusing and look no reports anymore? if an admin do get reported I contact them instantly and talk with them so they only become better. and Yes knifing zombies towards humans does indeed inflict admins sometimes this result in demotion aswell. RubyRoses knifed yes. But if its a regular player on our server we would like to talk with our players before making a large decision to ban them. RubyRose have not played on the server for only a month but rather 4 months with almost full activity.

Well, my point of view about that is pretty simple:

i always try to see things throught a positive way an i see that everyone here (admins, retired, players et...) want to take care of NiDE and it's a good thing, especially when i see how many people replied on this topic and how the server is well populated at the moment plus a good diversity about what maps are played, even if it could be better of course BUT:

1/ spitting on Admins because you notice that they doesn't do their job won't change anything, if someone personnally com to tell to me "Lardy you f*cking grandpa admin, do something ni**er" i wouldn't do anything xD even if it's needed because no one here is a dog

2/ some players (and retired now) here are more experienced than "news admins" about maps, how the community is working etc.. so the first thing when you see something wrong with an admin is to try to teach him and then, if the admin seems "useless" should be reported to higher. 

3/about LSA, this job is the hardest job i did (i don't know tech admin job) and dealing with people is never easy, some people take time to learn some other learn fast etc...the application and the motivation of the admin to take care of the server is more important than to be "able" to do the "good ban at the good moment" even if yes, after a certain moment, you can see if the trial will be good or not.

 LSA is also a responsibility and then if the LSA is not active in game, doesn't try to teach news admins about guidlines, admins comands etc... this admins shouldn't stay LSA it's also why i stopped to be part of the management because i didn't had time to do it, i personnally took time to go on test server to teach news admins when i was LSA because it was needed, if i remember it was with Plex, WB and some other that asked me in private toi help them.

the thing to understand when you are LSA is that you comfort the admins team in your arms, you must take care of them, some people are even scared to slay when it's 1 ct vs 59 zombies and its the job as LSA to make them become confortable with this job.

@Wicked* I am more concerned about Laith and his abuse. He has also threatened to DDOS and spoof players.

 

@Chrono Server has been far better without you. Maybe don't knife Zombies into humans next time.

 

@paranoid You will never get rid of Malala. Since nosteam is a thing he has unlimitted "accounts" and can just change his IP address with a VPN. Typically he joins on laser / FF maps and uses really basic trolling spots to ruin the round for everyone which admins can check while still playing the game so no need to spectate the entire map. Removing knife / M3 Shotgun knockback on these maps would fix the boosting issues, admins just need to be on the ball with other trolls such as Materia's.

Please don't ban me either I do enjoy playing on the Nide Counter-Strike: Source Zombie Escape server. My favourite map would have to be ze_FFVII_Mako_Reactor_v5_3.

when there is like 4 admins on the server and players still troll with items or boost zombies and the admins do nothing except sleeping on the server that does make them trash admins

and if they are playing the only thing they do is spamming that sh*t torchlight all the time

True about torchlight. I'm trying to figure something out with it .

Also these admins you are mentioning go ahead and report them if they don't do anything. Then I will have a talk with them. and please with (proof). But I really doubt that admins don't do anything.

I'm only trying to improve NiDE and make it better with more strict more than it had in the past.
