Following the recent Counter-Strike: Source update, we have some updates regarding our servers (Build 17399420 - 18.02.2025). Zombie Escape Server Online (Unstable State) We’ve decided to bring the Zombie Escape (ZE) server back online in less than 48 hours after the game update, even though it’s currently in an unstable state. This will allow us to identify and fix bugs more quickly. While the gameplay experience may not yet meet our usual standards, we believe it’s better than having the server offline entirely. Progress Update Our team has been working tirelessly, sacrificing sleep and personal time to get us to this point. Here’s what you can expect in the coming days: By 24.02.2025: The Zombie Escape server will have 90% of plugins and extensions functioning properly. The Zombie Revival server will be fully updated to the latest game version. No-Steam Support: We are still working on restoring no-Steam support. This is a complex process due to significant changes in the engine code introduced in the latest update. Reverse-engineering these changes takes time, but we are making steady progress. Done Everything is now back to normal state. We appreciate your understanding as we work through these challenges. Our goal is to restore the best possible gameplay experience for everyone as soon as possible. If you encounter bugs or issues while playing on the ZE/ZR server, please report them to our team. 1: Your own ingame name: Mobile Task Force Leader Gunner 2: Your own steam-ID: Irrelevant 3: Name of the admin(s) involved: Hobbitten 4: What server did it happen on: Nide 5: What map: Irrelevant 6: Time and date: 7/17/2025 1:33 PM 7: Explain the situation (with the maximum details) To start, I originally didnt wanna make this post because I felt it would get treated unfairly and deleted but I figured its worth it as its been bothering me for a while The whole thing started with something that is kinda irrelevant to this post but provides context as to what blew it all up, In short I had a serious disagreement with Hobbitten on a person that was banned and getting unbanned from nide. I care for the whole staff team as a whole and I was a part of it and I thought this would be a really bad image for us as a whole because of the serious "accusations" (not really, I have proof of that backs these claims up) this person had and because he'd been previously banned permanently and at this time for a month, It would be really hard to backtrack all the sudden. I'll add on and say that all of the admins are witnesses to this whole thing, I obviously cant post anything thats related to the administrative chat as its a private chat but the permanent ban that originally happened was done by Koen, Backed up by Hobbitten. Why is this important? This means that the evidence that was provided was sufficient enough to justify the ban in the first place. My personal opinion on the whole thing is: Whether you like it or not the community doesnt get along well with people that are involved in these kinds of "things" (I wont state what, Its disturbing). Though I understand we all share different opinions and some believe if it happened outside the community its irrelevant. However in this case a ban was already issused in the first place so automatically it becomes part of the community. So this leads to the whole incident blowing up, on the 7/17/2025 I scroll through nide discord and I see the person that was banned is unbanned, And as I stated I strongly disagreed with this decision and I didnt know that it happened. I called out the decision to undo the ban in admin chat, The exact words I wont state but it was pretty much a disagreement with the decision but in a much more vulgar tone, and how this decision will be a serious issue in how we as the staff team is seen, Obviously as an admin at this time I care for the view that we have on the server. The result: I see around an hour later a message from Hobbitten, an Instant demotion without warning or freeze, + a 3 month silence. Hobbitten states the reason in not just my reaction to the undoing of the punishment but also other "incidents" that happened in game, I know myself and what I get into so I knew what he was referring to (or so I think, I asked to know what exactly so I could explain myself but got ignored). Although I personally believe the decision Hobbitten made was over the message because of the timing (Other incidents I could think about were around 1 week ago, and a misconduct incident unrelated around a day before) and after our long talk he settled on "I dont want an admin that accuses people of being pedophiles" I'll start off and I say I didnt disagree at all with his statement, Its fully his right to decide which admins are fit to be admin, and he fully has the authority to dismiss any of them if he sees fit but i'd like to put things into prespective. I rarely say the word as an insult to anyone because it is pretty bad, I even went back and searched myself in the discord ingame chat and from my year and a slightly more of playing I said it a total of 9/10 times and not all of them were directed at anyone. I dont think I said it on the mic more than that also (I usually talk when I lead only or sometimes to strike conversation, I do have my shit talk moments but lets be honest thats literally everyone) But I have another arguement to bring up. If this word is that terrible to the point where you choose to instantly demote an admin and put a 3 month silence on him, Then how come you can say "Kill Yourself"? How is this any less wrong? Ofcourse if you really want to make a deal out of you, You can easily give someone else the same treatment as I have gotten if you want to. Its all about perspective. Keep in mind this wasent a stone written rule. On nide you can call people the N word, F word whatever you want, People say kill yourself on a daily to each other and somehow when I confront someone perhaps in a defensive arguement and I happened to say "Pedophile" thats enough to fully toss the 8 months of admin dedication and contribution into the trashcan? I understand that an admin talking trash isnt ideal but at the end of the day we're all human and we all have shortcomings. im personally a very loyal person to my friends and the aggressive reaction that came out of me was perhaps a mistake. And for the record, If I ever said the word "Pedophile" to someone and I meant it, Then I had proof or valid reasoning to do so but that's irrelevant to this topic because this topic's about the treatement I recieved from Hobbitten and how I feel its unfair. To @ Hobbitten , Let the full management team + LSAs review this. Lately i've started to notice the lack of admins activity on pretty late EU hours and players who disregards about admins presence on the server. They then starts to troll while admins is afking on a serious map which hampers some of the players who wants to get the map beaten and not wasting time. For that i wanted to apply and help the server as much as i could. What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? EU hours How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for? 8 years. How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? I consider myself pretty experience but i still do hiccups every now and then but the main point i aim for is try to have fun regardless of which maps is being played. Do you have any past admin experience? None. Zip nada nothing. I have been offered to be admin in the past years but i have declined them due to reasons i do not wish to disclose. Now with my friends encouraging me to apply and seeing them having success at some degree so i thought it's time for me to apply too. Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc) While i don't have any knowledge on mapping, plugins, video editing, i do have experience with photoshop. I can make up skins and do logos.

I've unhidden @ Snail 's comment although I have expunged the included screenshots due to this being a public forum. However, you can still view the original screenshots in his attached Google document. With that said, I would like to address the portion of his comment about me. 1. The "zecord" The discord server (which I will refer to as the "zecord" from now on) was an extension of the original gmod zs/ze thread on GFL's ZE discord server. The original members of the server all hung out in GFL's public voice channels. Over time, both the thread and the group of people increased in size, and so too did the people who annoyed us. It was then decided we would migrate to a separate Discord server instead, hence the creation of the "zecord." However, the zecord itself was open, and anyone was allowed to invite anyone as they please. It was merely a place for all of us to hang out without having to worry about GFL's rules and other people. At one point, the zecord reached over 120 members with tons of channels and individual friend groups. I only cared about befriending people and getting to know everyone, so I was always open to inviting anyone. Due to its size, none of the other channels besides general chat were moderated. Hence why there were explicit content being shared without my knowledge. The server was purged shortly after Trixie, Futo, and Kathleen was exposed for sharing said explicit photos. 2. Chino I've known Chino prior to playing on Sunrust as he was originally a Nide CSS ZE player. While we did not talk much, I befriended him because he was a chill guy and was a femboy. However, he had quit ZE for reasons unknown at the time, so I fell out of contact with him before meeting him again when I started playing Gmod ZS. We caught up, and I invited him to hang out with me on the zecord. A few months later, I was made aware of the comments that Chino made regarding kids. At the time, I had assumed it was a lost-in-translation misunderstanding and did not think much of it. It was later on that Mobile had messaged me privately with further screenshots of his past sprays and messages that painted the full picture of him. 3. Trixie, Futo, and Fray I first met Trixie on Sunrust during an OBJ Hardmode event hosted by Fray. It was coincidentally also the first time I started playing Gmod zs. We befriended one another after striking conversations, and I had invited him to the GFL Discord server to hang out. Even after the decision to create the zecord, I still invited Trixie because we all hung out and played games together. At the time, I was not aware of the things Trixie was into, nor did I bother ever asking because I had assumed people were "normal" and were chill. Admittedly, I do not remember who had invited Futo to the zecord. I did not know who Futo was entirely until after the zecord was created. I had very few interactions with him, and only had small talk up until his ban on Sunrust. The small talk we had never hinted me that he was lolicon, and I did not do my due diligence to find out more about him. Had I known he was a lolicon, then I would've never befriended him, and things would not have turned out this way. For this, I admit it was my mistake for not doing my due diligence in knowing a person fully, and being naive/optimistic about a person. I was not aware of Fray's past, nor did I ever bother getting to know more about Fray. He hung out with us on GFL Discord and the zecord many times, and the interactions never showed any signs of him being a manipulator and liar. All our conversations have been about ZS and OBJ, and outside of that our conversations were always friendly and chill. It is why it came to me as both a surprise and shock when the situation about him being a groomer shocked me because I did not expect this from him. I have not talked to him since the incident outside a few seasonal greetings and the occasional "how are you" messages. 4. Neox Neox is someone that I felt betrayed by. I've known neox much longer than the aforementioned people as we met in GFL ZE and have played together for years. While I found him annoying and retarded at times, I did not expect him to also be a lolicon. My first few interactions with him were rather unpleasant. However, ever since others and I started hanging out in GFL's public voice channels, he was also there hanging out with us. Over time, he's changed in a manner that I thought was positive. He's more chill, no longer as annoying, hence why I had invited him to both the zecord and the new server after it was purged. This was my image of him up until a few weeks ago when Mobile and another person sent me screenshots of Neox engaging in disgusting activity involving lolis. I had a hard time believing this was true, and the fact that his "loli" server was created after Trixie, Futo, and Kathleen was banned is what shocked me the most. I had given stark warnings to everyone reinvited to the new server about such behavior isn't welcome, and I had assumed everyone had learned their lesson. So I was both shocked and at a loss for words when I was made aware of Neox's new discord server. 5. Ketaminka Admittedly, I still do not know much about him. I've only had a few interactions with him, so I do not know what kind of person he is. I've only heard of rumors from a few people about his past, but I did not know the full extent of his past and the kind of person he is. There is not much for me to comment on besides what I was sent. 6. About Me What Snail said about me is a fair assessment of the type of person I am. I am an emotionally driven and a degenerate and horny person. I will not deny the weird and freaky screenshots of my messages. If you played on Zeddy's on CS:GO years ago, I already exhibited similar behavior. I did it without any filter, and never bothered to reflect on this behavior. It was only up now that I realize the full extent of my inappropriate messages and the negative impacts it has on people. While I've taken steps to improve these past few months when this situation first happened, I fully understand how people feel about me and why this is being brought up now. I have fully addressed the screenshot of the inappropriate messages I had sent in the Discord server to Scripting in a seperate forum thread. While I highly recommend everyone to read my response to get the full context behind my messages, I would also like to leave a short response here. The messages I sent were meant to be a joke aimed at Scripting, and I never had any real intention for him to send pictures. At that time, I was unaware of Scripting's age, and had incorrectly assumed he was overage given how long he has played ze and the way he interacts with other members of the community (this includes mature topics). When I was made aware of scripting's age, I immediately backtracked on my joke, deleted my messages, and issued an apology. Once again, I do implore people to read through the linked thread for my full response. I want to apologize to anyone I have either yelled at during my emotional outbursts or sent inappropriate messages to. It is my fault for being immature and never considered how others perceive my messages, as well as being ignorant of my behavior. I always believed in being a social person and befriending everyone, but I often get too comfortable making inappropriate jokes and comments. Many people have came forward and confronted me about my inappropriate behavior, but I always feigned ignorance and continued making inappropriate comments. It wasn't until recent that the consequences of my actions have come back to bite me, and only now do I see the wrong in my ways. I know this comment alone isn't enough to apologize for what I've done, nor will it change everyone's opinion of me, but I hope this can be the start to mending my mistakes and improving as a person. I acknowledge my terrible handling of the situation has impacted the rest of the ze community in a negative manner, and in general how I have handled the server these past 2.5 years does not please everyone. While I had good intentions and ambitious goals for improving the community, I wound up being ignorant of many opinions about the server and ignored advice from experienced people. I blame no one else but myself for the current situation as this should have been handled with proper discussion between all the admins and management rather than just me going off of whatever I felt like. I failed my job as a server manager, and for this I am terribly sorry. I acknowledge both Mobile's and Snail's criticism of me. I have an extensive history of outbursts and being both biased and unfair in my treatment. I've also flaunted my positions to coerce people after not getting what I want. For this, I apologize to any player that has been affected by this. I will take this opportunity to better improve myself as a person in hopes that in the future, I can make up for my mistakes. I am appreciative that people have stepped up and pointed out the many issues I have. I fully recognize the fault in my ways, and aim to improve myself and how I interact with people.

After a hectic spring and summer I found myself having more free time again, so I would like to help fellow admins with their work, and hopefully create a fun experience to all players. Except the filthy inflators, which I'm gonna put behind bars. What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? Mostly during evening EU hours and NA. How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for? It's been about 4-5 years now. How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? Throughout the years I've gathered a lot of experience with the mode. They don't call me the best "most scuffed leader" for nothing. Do you have any past admin experience? I've been on this server twice admin already, although it was always after losing bet of sorts. But this time I'm applying from my own volition. Let's see how that ends up eheh. As the title says, I believe that a lot of people here don't know the real reasons of why I got demoted/banned on NiDE, I feel like I should not hide this anymore, I cannot stop thinking about it lately to be honest, I just want to get it out of my mind to focus on my "trash" life and on my studies that I will have electronic exams after 2 weeks from now for the last year of school which I was supposed to finish 15 months ago. First, I will begin with telling a bit of myself for those who never had the chance to meet me before or interact with me at least: My real name is Mohammed, I am 18 years old (born in 2006), and I currently live in Gaza. I used to be an admin here back in time in 2019-2023, I retired multiple times but I still stayed a major part of the community. I used to create maps for the community, made around 20 maps for the zombie revival server and 2 maps for the zombie escape one, you probably have played on either of them or both (ze_dolly_temple_fixed1 and ze_polyglot), honestly, they are not the best maps, but at least some people enjoy it and have fun on it which is what pleases me. even now, people still play it and I am happy for it. I also used to and still make plugins for CS:S in general, something i am dedicated into and I have the dedication to continue with this despite everything happened. I don't consider myself as a good programmer but I am still learning and I am self-teaching myself. And I am trying to improve myself for the better. What exactly happened in 2023? and how I got demoted? I got the chance to get promoted to a CS:S ZR Server Manager in 2023, April, though I was a ZE Server Admin but this is not an excuse for all things that happened, I was chosen to make changes on the ZR server, to "revive" it as it was dead that time. I am not taking any credit for reviving it or anything I am only sharing my story with everyone, alright, moving on... I started the new job and I was excited since I was dreaming of becoming a higher-up on NiDE. It might sound silly for some, but it was actually one of my dreams in my life. I made some changes and made a lot of them, we got some good results in 2023 May, but I was still not happy about the server's situation, I wanted to make bigger changes related to the core gameplay settings such as Prop Jump (where you can jump off a crate while you are in the air and it is an "exploit" btw), the crazy bhop and some unfair zombie skins which had crazy bhop settings like speed and shits. I also wanted to change the sv_airaccelerate value to something lower (like 200), unfortunately, all my ideas were denied without giving them a chance, I had to force change a few things on the server and some people turned out to be unhappy about the changes, I rage quit a lot of times to be honest, I was so pissed off that I wanted to revive the server but some of my ideas were not really implemented. Things got harder for me when Hobbitten decided to have 2 more LSAs who were opposing all the changes I wanted to make, I thought it was enough of me on that server, I think i did what was required of me. I asked for a demotion to a regular zombie escape admin just like before. My shitty start with the "WAFG" community which caused all these problems that I am facing right now. After I asked for the demotion, I had been a server manager on ZR for 4 months, I honestly was more into ZR that time, and I even started on NiDE as a ZR Player/Admin until later in 2021 where I switched to ZE. I just wanted to manage a "ZR" server as I had more interests with this gamemod that time, alright, that time there were only two ZR servers alive, NiDE's and WAFG's But wait, What is WAFG? Well, they are a Deathmatch community and they had one zombie revival server, the owner of that community used to be a nide player and used to be our friends back in time, but I admit that he was not our friends that time, so before I reached out to him, I wanted to solve the problems between him and NiDE. I got him to contact hobbitten and I guess they "solved" the problems between each other. and I told hobbitten that I want to be a manager on their ZR server and he didn't mind at all. The owner of WAFG created a new server for me to add whatever I want there, (a russian-server, hosted in russia). After he gave me the ftp access, I instantly started to add NiDE ZR files (I had a backup of them before), I had all files, literally, including all passwords to databaes/admins/rcon, I didn't pay attention to any of that, and after the upload was finished, the owner of WAFG blocked me and It was more of a scam, when I realized that, I reached out to Rushaway as fast as possible and told him to change all passwords (only ZR was affected), and therefore I lost all my access to nide servers (I had access to dev/test servers that time), I respected their decision and I could not really show my face to anyone, I didn't get demoted, NiDE staff were really kind to me so they kept me as a part of NiDE which is what I still appreciate till now. I decided to not go online for a few days/weeks, and honestly I was doing that, It had been 2 days for me without getting online, but it was a MISTAKE, I connected to steam while internet was on and I saw an incoming friend request, yep, it was from the WAFG owner, apologizing to me that he did what he did, and he wanted to give me the server ftp again to start working on it all over again, I hesitated at first, but I got brainwashed and I was really young that time (I was literally still 16), I was not that mature, and I was so sensitive about literally everything. I got excited like a retard and started adding nide zr files again, I didn't want to create the exact same server but more of a Zombie Riot Mix server, I shared the server's ip with rushaway and he connected to it, he found out that I was using private plugins (which I didn't know about), he told me about them and I deleted them, but then after a few minutes, I got demoted from NiDE which is well deserved from my pov, I did a lot of shits before and NiDE staff gave me a lot of chances, I "didn't" care that much about since I was excited about yay, I am managing a server now kind of excitement, but little did I know, I would be here again begging to get unbanned from the community I spent my childhood on. The explanation of why I got banned I still stayed as a player on NiDE and I didn't get banned, On October 7th 2023, a war started in my city (and still on till now), my life started to go downhill and is still going downhill, I had to leave my house in the first week of the war and I could not ever come back to it until late Jan this year (2025). I won't forget that NiDE staff checked up on me a lot of times during the war, and they were asking if I was okay or not, That's really appreciated, almost all nide staff were checking up on me. I didn't really realize that WAFG (the community I was a part of) had all these nide staff/players banned. I mean, sure, I was only aware of some of ZR players who were problematic but I didn't know about others. I went though times that I could not access internet for a long time, whatever. When I finally got back to my home, I felt something was missing, NiDE, yes. In march 2025, I joined nide discord again and wanted to join the ZE server after not playing it for a very very long time, I honestly wanted to open a new page with everyone on nide, but one day I was literally offline and I opened discord and found out that I got banned on both NiDE Discord Server and Game servers. I don't really know what happened, but it was because WAFG (the community I was a part of) as I said above banned a lot of nide staff/players, nide wanted to do the same, I respected that decision, and I acted a little bit like a kid during that situation, but I promise I was not really targeting anyone. I honestly tried my best to get everyone from nide unbanned from WAFG, but I was failing all the time, I decided that I will leave WAFG to have a chance to come back to NiDE, in 2025 May, I made an unban appeal here, which unfortunately got rejected without even taking its time for others to share their opinions, I hope this thread will have some people sharing their opinions unlike the last one. I was honestly so pissed off, but I was not really planning anything to hurt nide. the WAFG owner was still friends of me (and still), he knew that I asked for demotion on WAFG to come back to NiDE, when he "found out" that Rushaway denied my appeal, he instantly banned all other nide staff and a lot of nide's regular players, I was like wtf, why tf would you do something like that. I was against this and I tried multiple times to get everyone unbanned during my time on WAFG, almost 2 months ago I asked for demotion again on WAFG, for the same purpose as before, and here I am, making another unban appeal. I attacked the NiDE Personal-Skins website After my unban appeal got rejected, honestly I was so pissed off and something inside myself wanted me to do something as "revenge". Though, I never had the intention to hurt my childhood's community, but in either way I think I did. After I did what I did (deleting all personal skins nide had), I came to Anwar (LSA on ZE) and told him about it, Anwar is loyal to nide which is what I really understand and respect, I told him not to tell anyone that I attacked the personal-skins website, but he could not remain silent about it and told others about it (again, which is what I encourage everyone here to do, do not let anyone hurt what you love and what you are loyal to) My brain got damaged a lot in my life, I went through the toughest times anyone could ever in in the new world, literally, everything in me changed, my maturity, my brain, my acts, everything, And I am trying to solve everything that got damaged during these tough times. War is not an excuse for everything I did, but it had a major part of why I did them. Apologizing again... I am trying my last chance to apologize and start a new page with everyone here, especially @ .Rushaway , @ ire , @ Hobbitten , Boss and Cmer. I am truly sorry for all bad things I caused, I know, it will be hard or nearly impossible for any of you to accept my apology, but I believe in humanity and I believe that everyone deserves another chance (even though I wasted all the chances I got) Starting with Rushaway: No one has any idea how much this dude works on the server, despite he is an adult and has a family to take care of, but he really put a lot of his time to make NiDE enjoyable and to make everyone have the best experience I know I upset you so much before, I know I caused you a lot of problems, I am here again to make things right and I won't disappoint you, I really enjoyed spending every single time with you on the Discord DM, or anywhere else even though you are probably 11 years older than me, but age is just a number anyways, It was really nice that I had the chance to meet you man Ire: This finnish guy is an incredible person. like, he has a sense of humor and always wants to make sure that everyone on NiDE to have the best experience or fun they could get. I would like to respond with my thoughts as a somewhat neutral party in this matter. I included some choice quotes of your response as quite frankly I felt these were choice examples of things I feel any admin shouldn't do and you personally should work on prior to applying for or in any way looking for a position of power in zombie escape. 1. You seem to make justifications for what is essentially demotable behavior throughout your post. You minimize the impact of an admin impersonating someone on the server by stating you weren't harassing anyone. Seriously? Who cares if you harassed anyone, even just hoping on to the server and playing can feel invasive. If I had someone name themselves willy wilson, use my profile Pic and spam leading from my YouTube I'd find it invasive (unless it was evident they weren't me and doing it as a sort of kind gesture or tribute or something). Any sort of impersonation (that isn't a tribute) can tarnish good relationships thst person has but within a community, you're an admin this alone imo is a demotable offense. 2. You consistently seem to have a negative outlook and act in an inflamatory manner. This may not feel like it's big but even if 10% of your time leading or talking is spent shit talking others and being inflammatory this in my opinion can ruin a server's atmosphere and disincentivize players from returning. Its evident you consistently have a habbit of getting worked up, I get it, I'm an emotional wreck half the time too. But that's no excuse if you're an admin, just vent to a friend, other admins or pretty much vent your frustration anywhere BUT the server. Do I vent my bullshit at my job or when I'm working as an admin? No, I vent to other admins or a friend. Also you equate the word pedophile with fag, gay, kike, nigger, etc. Even if you did only say pedophile or accuse someone of being a pedophile once or twice that's incredibly damaging to a community, first off how likely is it that player accused comes back to the server? Will other players get off the server due to the fear of false allegations? I liked loones on unloze as did many other players who played with him, he has since been shown to be a pedo. I personally wasn't close to him but what if some people very close to the guy are now accused of being pedos too? Would they keep playing? So many players on ze are random players you may not recognize or see consistently. When they see this behavior from an admin would they come back? Would you? 3. On the other hand the ze community on css is extremely sensitive to the word pedophile and pedo because members of the community have been literal pedophiles and a lot of people here have kids / families. While yes, I get it, they may have blown you off internally, you shouldn't force the admin team to essentially justify your demotion if you really were impersonating other players and being divisive. Sure this was the straw that broke the camels back but you could've saved yourself and Hobbitten a lot of time and just general bullshit by discussing it behind closed doors, none of the admins are that unreasonable for this to go Public. Honestly take some time off the game and it will give you more perspective. We're currently in the process of discussing this matter internally and a full response should be put out soon. Because there were several factors at play, we've had to discuss all that's happened as well as pull evidence from server logs. Rest assured, this matter is not being ignored and rather, we're discussing and figuring out the best course of action.

In my opinion the punishment is too much, if that is the only thing that happened. Instantly removing someone's admin and muting him for that long is just over the top. Admin team should warn people for such things, not pulling crazy harsh punishments like this immediately, nobody is perfect.

We have imposed another restriction on you because the last one expired and we have noitced that you continued griefing props of other people etc. If you will continue, the next time you will just get a ban on the server, instead of just restriction to props.

Hey Rattan, Just like I have mentioned in the server, whether in the voice chat or the multiple msays during the event, the people taking the items really needed to listen to the leader's callouts. But you didn't do that since you chose to use the heal for yourself when no one asked you to. Knowing that we're limited to 3 heal items in the Infinite Mode, you made things tough for us this round. Also like Kiku said, nobody had ever won the Infinite Mode in CS:S until tonight, so we kind of had to stick to the rules since it's a special event. As you could see, it paid off in the end. And the fact that we won this mode later IN A DIFFERENT ROUND doesn't mean you could do whatever you wanted with your item before that. Your eban was removed since the session was a success, but in the future, please try to listen to what the leaders say.

I have viewed logs and other relevant information concerning your complaint of abuse by Harraga by extending ("But whether it’s trolling with the earth or not isn’t really the main point of this post"). I will not address the use of earth other than to say from what I see, it did not appear to be a troll, and the player has a very clean history on NIDE. As far as your complaint of abuse goes - No, this is not abuse. As clearly stated by Harraga, the server was recovering from being dead, and he used his discretion as an LSA in the situation at the time. I am sure you are aware, yet you decided to make this post anyway, that LSAs are given more discretion than regular Server Admins. That is literally part of the role. Not only was this not abuse, but this was a responsible thing to do in my opinion. From your post, it is pretty clear you have an agenda against Harraga. There is no need to bring up his past, his playtime, or anything else that does not have to do with your complaint of extending a map. I have seen no harassment from Harraga toward you, and in fact, what I have seen is harassment of you toward HIM. Throwing out a number of false accusations and trying to smear his reputation is not something we will tolerate here. I would like to address your report and provide clarification on several matters. First, I want to state that I had no intentions on having scripting send any images at all. The intention of my message was meant to be a joke to play along with the conversation. Scripting was already labeled as a "femboy" by several other members of the community, so I sent the message asking for "thigh high pics" as a joke. In retrospect, it was an inappropriate message to send to someone underage, and I fully recognize the seriousness of my messages and the negative connotations it carries. Attached below is a screenshot of Script1ng being associated with femboys, which led me to send the messages in question: Given the explanation above, I would like to state that I have also never reached out to scripting privately to ask for pictures. I have uploaded a transcript of my private messages with scripting, which you can download here. For full transparency, the messages were exported using Discrub, and no external modifications/edits were done after downloading the chat logs. Scripting himself can also attest to the fact that I have never reached out to him privately further asking for pictures. So besides the message that was sent on the Nide Discord server, no further inappropriate messages were sent. When you reached out to me privately, I owned up to sending the inappropriate messages in the screenshots that Snail had provided in his document. I want to clarify that I was unaware of Scripting's actual age. I had incorrectly assumed that he was overage given how he has played ZE for several years at the time of the messages, shown maturity when dealing with other players, as well as discussing mature topics like "femboy" many times. I had seen scripting for a while, way before I joined Nide as a server manager as he was a frequent CS:GO ze player that traveled other servers. It was because of these factors that I had assumed he was overage. It was only shortly after sending the messages that a player let me know that scripting was underage, and hence why I immediately deleted my messages, backtracked on my inappropriate joke, and apologized to him. I am an emotional and social person that very often speak what is on my mind without any filter. You can attest to this behavior since my days on Zeddy's many years ago, and is also why I had gotten in trouble many times there for speaking my mind. Given my reasoning stated prior, I had incorrectly assumed scripting was overage, and I then proceeded to make a joke based on the situation without ever considering the impression it gives nor the actual age of Scripting. It was fully my mistake for assuming a person's age and making jokes/comments that are inappropriate to talk about, and I will own up to this. First, the message asking for thigh high pics was meant to be a joke. Talking about thigh highs is a meme in of itself ("programmer socks" as referred by the internet), and the messages that were sent in Chinese is also a joke in the Chinese ze scene given how many actual femboys there are. I'm not going to deny that the message being sent as a joke, without context, is completely inappropriate and can make other people feel uncomfortable. However, I am making it clear that I had no ill intentions with my message besides it being a joke to poke fun at scripting being associated with femboys. Second, as mentioned in Snail's document, I admit to being a degenerate. I have done ERP before and cracked made many sexual jokes with people before. Many people across several communities can attest to my open-minded and no-filter nature to crack sex jokes given the opportunity as part of my way of socializing. Because I always treated it as a joke, I never gave any second thought to how others would feel about my comments, nor did I ever stop to consider the negative connotations and impressions my messages would give off. I understand that while I am overly social and perverted with my comments, I need to be careful with the things I say and who I say it to. I never had any intentions to hurt anyone as I want nothing but to make people smile and laugh with my dumb jokes. Third, I want to clarify that I always viewed Zombie Escape, and online communities in general as a way to socialize with people. There was a time when I would treat ZE seriously and focus on playing the game, I have shifted my mentality to more of a social game to hang out and have fun. Hence why I do not feel any shame in befriending people and cracking similar sex jokes and inappropriate comments. I understand that many people do not view the game the same way, but that is how I view the game and why I would make said comments. The lesson I learned here, and have made strides to improve on since the first report months ago, was that I need to be careful with the things I say and do in public. While I these jokes may be funny to few, I need to realize that there are times and places where such comments are completely inappropriate. I should also be careful with who I say these things to, as some may either be underage or uncomfortable with what I say. I will take full responsibility for my actions, and own up to the criticisms that many have expressed towards me. I acknowledge in being immature and a degenerate, and will aim to continue improving myself. I want to first apologize to you @ Pantcake as my actions shattered your perception of me, and that I had betrayed your trust. It was never my intentions to betray you, but I understand where you are coming from with your comments. I enjoyed the memories we shared on Zeddy's years prior, and feel ashamed that this is how we reconnect years later. I always viewed you as a reasonable person, so I will take your criticisms to heart and will work to improve on. I'm sorry for everything, and I hope you will find it in your heart to forgive me one day for my actions. I also wanted to apologize to @ Hobbitten for how things were handled on Nide. The clear lack of maturity from my end is clear from both this case and the prior case concerning a banned player. I understand that my actions have led to many issues in the community, and have put a strain on the relationship between the Nide management team and the players. I will take responsibility for my actions and submit myself to any disciplinary actions management has for me. I understand the things that happened were my fault, and I fully own up to the things I have outlined. Lastly, I want to apologize to the rest of the Nide community, and really the entire Zombie Escape community, if my actions and words have ever made anyone uncomfortable. I never had any ill intention to hurt someone, and only ever cared about befriending everyone while keeping a funny mood. I now understand that not everyone sees things the same way as I do, and I have taken this lesson of thinking before saying/doing to my heart. I am writing this in terms of personal experience and not in support of Mobile but I would like to add my two cents: I do not think this is a good judgement in regards against an accused pedophile here, it creates a bad precedent that "NiDE is a shelter for [subjectively] outcasted pedophiles" if you genuinely believe off-platform behaviour is not a deciding factor for punishments, despite the evidence being evident enough, you're only letting the hazard be in the server, and it would be a risk on how the accused will act. Yes, the person who got banned posted horrible shit, yes it was outside of the community, but NiDE should not be a community allowing such horrible people just because it happened outside of the community, there should be no respect or care for such horrible people, nor should they be given a second chance just because it didn't happen in the community yet, it's a case of survivorship bias. This is why sex offenders nor pedophiles are not allowed in certain areas because their impulses controlled the way how they acted upon people. It's a different scenario online, there are multiple horrible people supporting them also, there is the risk the person would post horrible shit again because they did not get the proper help they needed. I recommend for the admin team to reconsider this idea of an unban reason. It can be a gray area to disallow this reason, I am sure, but such judgement should be weighed in with care.

MY HOMIE WILLY ill keep it short this time I promise you're right in the points you bring up, im not trying to justify the impersonation. its bad for sure. the flaming part I agree, it gets pretty bad at times when you're leading. I lead quite alot and there are sessions where it truely reaches a new level of frustration. nobody defending, everyone doorhugging, bad item users. and sometimes when I see the same person picking up items, misusing them and then we have to replay the 10 minutes out of the 12 minute stage over and over it gets pretty frustrating. for your second point, tbh we both have different experiences coming from different games and communities. as I said the accusations are strictly there if I have proof or witnesses to back it up. realistically when you think about it, what's the alternative? imagine in this case nobody reported loones and he was still around the community that has kids on it. you see my point? and this isnt really new (the whole calling out thing), I just dont like being used as the one to make an example of by punishment thats one of the main reason I made this report also. as for it being an insult, yeah its for sure bad and worse than other words but bro you cant pin the whole thing on me when I posted logs showing its been said more than 7000+ times. also like nide isnt a profanity friendly community. things like the n word have been said a little small amount of 200,000 times. and "kill yourself" & "kys" which is also pretty bad around a combined total of 14,000 times by almost everyone. and you're right bro maybe im too invested in this game, it comes as a side effect from being a new player and still being in a phase where I enjoy the game immensely. Hello Mobile, We would like to directly address several parts of your report and provide clarification on several matters. Before we start, here is a the history of the events that transpired prior to your demotion: On June 18th, the player was permanently banned on a Gmod community after being exposed for sending inappropriate anime images in a private discord server You shared this information with koen, who then took action and also issued a ban from Nide after finding out they were also a Nide player and a member of the Nide Discord server Koen explained the punishment reasoning to me in private messages outside of the admin channel, including screenshots of the chat logs and other members of the server. Because the evidence included both players of the Gmod community and Nide, I decided to support the ban while ignoring the fact that this had happened in a separate community. On July 13th, the banned player reached out to both koen and I to explain and appeal his ban from Nide. Their own statement on the matters goes as follow: I then inquired koen further in regards to his permanent ban, asking for more evidence and reexamining everything we were given. I asked koen the following: Koen shares the evidence with me, including more screenshots provided by Mobile Task Force Leader Gunner. After careful examination of the screenshots, we determined that because this had happened outside of Nide and did not directly involve the community or our players, we determined that the permanent ban was unjustified and was promptly removed. Mobile notices the player’s unban from Nide, and brought up both frustration and disapproval of the action in admin chat I want to clarify that your demotion was not tied to this situation. You had engaged in several activities and demonstrated behavior unbefitting of an admin after a thorough investigation from the LSA team as well as several player reports. On July 16th, the LSA team was made aware of a player impersonating another player in the community. Upon checking IP address and logged information, it was revealed that the alt account was being operated by you. During that session, you left the server on your alt account and rejoined on your main account, attempting to lead Mt Bur Omisace v6. However, you then promptly left to join Mapeadores to play Westersand. After Mapeadores finished playing westersand, you rejoined Nide once more under the alt account to continue trash talking the server and the community. We absolutely do not tolerate any instances of impersonating. However, never had we ever have an admin impersonate another player and sending harassing messages. Because of this specific situation, the LSA team and I had already begun discussing what course of action we should take about this matter. Our deeper investigation further revealed a pattern of systemic behavior from you that ruins the image of Nide admins and ruins the experience for other players. You claim that you have only brought up pedos/pedophiles around nine or ten times but chat logs and player reports indicate much more than what you claim. There are logs of you calling several other players pedophiles in chat, and also spreading unfounded rumors of other players being involved in pedophilia. While we cannot confirm the validity of all your statements, several players have come forward and expressed discomfort with your comments. Below are just screenshots of messages you have sent on the server, but there have been many more instances of you saying this in voice across multiple demos. As an admin, we expect you to represent the team and the community. So to have you go around calling other players pedophiles is something we do not tolerate. On top of the baseless accusations of pedophilia, there have been many instances of you harassing other players on the server. Many chat logs and player reports have indicated a trend of harassment towards certain groups of players. While we do not know the full context behind the comments you have made towards other players, we know for certain that many have come forward expressing discomfort and reluctance for playing on the server when you are present. During your time as admin, we were also aware that you had disagreements with several other admins and LSAs. While we do not expect all admins to be on friendly terms with one another, we still expect civil discussion and cooperation as an admin team. Our logs also showed that you had sent an msay message targeting another LSA. This is unacceptable coming from you, and we do not want this kind of behavior on the admin team. After considering all the chat logs, unfounded pedophilia accusations, and harassment campaigns, I made the decision to demote you immediately and issue a three month silence for your actions. I acknowledge that I handled this demotion with a hot head, as I could have used some time to think about a proper way to handle it. With that said I should have confronted my staff team at first and then proceeded from there but something needed to happen fast. However, with hindsight in mind and with a cold head, I believe my actions are justified, and this is an important learning experience for me and the whole staff team about how these situations should be handled in the future. My goal is to have an enjoyable experience for all players, that means that no one is above the rest, no one should be able to throw accusations to other players with impunity. The whole point of the server is to play, have fun and create good memories with the people you meet here, and it's not ideal if these memories are ruined because of episodes like so. I also let the management and the lead server admins review my actions which is why the response have taken so long to be posted.

Before I give my insight to this matter, i think it's important to say that while I'm relatively new to css (arround 500-600 hours/mostly on nide) it's important to know that I'm not new to zombie escape, i have around 3k hours on cgo/css/cs2, i mostly played on mapeadores/gcg/zeddy/gfl/nide/unloze, and most of the time I keep to myself, because I only play when I'm bored at work or at home, and I could not give a single f*ck about lasers or soles, I just enjoy the game. While on nide, I think the only punishments I have is that I got twice kbanned (once by mobile btw). So, I almost never post or reply to anything because 99% of the time all the complaints, reports and so on are related to people being emotionally unavailable or damaged, besides nide staff there's actually no point in providing an objective feedback. With that being said, my 1st encounter with Mobile was not that great, he actually kbanned me for 24 hours if I remember correctly for trying to knife a zombie away and unfortunately got boosted fw but didnt killed any humans, but I got kbanned anyway ( maybe on lucid, I can't remember) , I tried to talk to him about it and I remember that he was kinda mad (not on me necessarily) and he's vocabulary want really on point so i let it go. And I didn't really understand his behavior because I was new at that time, but ffs, to be an admin on nide you have to have nerves of steel, ppl constantly spamming sound boars, trolling, trying to rtv maps they dont like, shit talking, talking over leaders, talking in other languages besides English and so on. And I do understand the reasoning that nide and any other css server have to be forgiving with these ppl because the player count is only decreasing but at the same time you do have to understand what this type of behavior does to your staff, and being an admin on nide is hard. After i played more on nide I involuntarily got to know Mobile more (we are not friends, we do not talk except few ingame words and I don't think we have friends in common) and while he has a shit tone to improve (vocabulary and attitude) he does this from my perspective because he cares about the game and his friends, but I do believe he has so much potential to be big in a almost dead game, so you guys should be more supportive and appreciative towards him. I don't know about other players , but when it comes to admins, I never join nide if mobile, lunala, harraga, , andrew, anwar and a few more others are not present because the server is unplayable due to spam and trolling. I understand that mobile has to be punished, but removing his admin, gag/muted 3months is insane. What universe is this where seven/geroin are free to do whatever and mobile has this punishment. @ Hobbitten Please do the right thing here, mobile needs to be punished but not like this!

I stopped playing at the same year and came back in 2020 where i first played in unloze. I stopped playing ze in css for a bit and played ze in csgo gfl. I moved back again to css since my pc was too laggy for csgo at that time and discovered nide.gg and supreme elites. Now i just play here a lot on nide and sometimes other servers.

Hello Saber, I reviewed the evidence and demo and concluded that the ban was justified. You were seen tossing pistols at the player attempting to pick up the item. We have banned players for intentionally tossing to mess with the person trying to pick up items, so this is no exception. An experienced player like you should know how difficult it is to pick up items when someone is tossing pistols at you, so that is why the punishment was put in place. The length of your punishment was based on your history. Regarding the other points, this punishment and report are about you and not others. If you have seen others tossing pistols, bhop scripting, or abusing donated admin, you are more than welcome to report them on the forums. Unfortunately, we are human and may miss people trolling, so we appreciate people who help us and report said offenders. Also, for future appeals and reports on the forums, we would appreciate it if you followed the format and gave us all the information we ask for. It saves us much time and helps speed up the review process. Future reports/appeals from you with missing information may get discarded without warning. I hope this clears everything up.

-1 I feel you have the motivation but you demonstrate bad moral behaviour overall. my criticism of you is you're too egotistical when it comes to leading, playing and such, the image I get of you is someone trying to be in the spotlight always and are not happy when someone else approaches it. when you're leading you're not open to criticism, and you get defensive when people genuinely try to help you or correct you, you take it as if they're trying to lower you down so they could raise themselfs (rare case, people are usually helpful if you're open to hear them.) an important part of being an admin is being trustworthy that you're able to make proper decisions especially when things are going badly or chaotic. everyone makes mistakes, everyone makes bad calls but there's no place for bad morals such as ego and superiority complex like behaviour.

I'd like to help NiDE as much as I can since I spend a lot of my time here and I've seen many times mostly on casual maps when the server had a low population that there was no admin to handle trollers and cheaters. My main goal is to give NiDE players the best experience possible. I know a lot of players see me as a troller but I really intend to take things seriously if I become an admin. As for this permaban I had a few months ago because I think it's necessary to mention it, I don't think about it anymore and I don't hold grudges against anyone since it was my fault. And I'm deeply sorry about that. What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? I mostly play during EU hours, however I still hop on in NA times whenever I feel like it. How long have you been playing on the server and how experienced are you in the game mode you applied for? I've been playing CSS for over 15 years with breaks due to school and life events of course. I started as a nosteamer like most players before buying a Steam copy around 2014-2015. As for NiDE, I've played in pretty much every server that opened whether it was in v34, nide-css.ru or NiDE.GG. I'd say I have advanced knowledges of the game mode and CSS in general. Plus, I know most of the community. Do you have any past admin experience? I was admin on NiDE.GG twice for a total period of 2 years, once on old NiDE before it merged with Supreme-Elite, WAFG and I also had my own server for a few months thanks to NiDE opensourcing their works for years now. It wasn't really a popular server but I learned a lot, from how to manage the server machine, plugins/extensions, cfg, FastDL via ftp, how to install torchlight, maps, skins, custom files and so on. I was also admin on some Zombie Plague servers back then in CS 1.6 such as FGS.LT and UGC.LT. Do you have any other skills?
