Following the recent Counter-Strike: Source update, we have some updates regarding our servers (Build 17399420 - 18.02.2025). Zombie Escape Server Online (Unstable State) We’ve decided to bring the Zombie Escape (ZE) server back online in less than 48 hours after the game update, even though it’s currently in an unstable state. This will allow us to identify and fix bugs more quickly. While the gameplay experience may not yet meet our usual standards, we believe it’s better than having the server offline entirely. Progress Update Our team has been working tirelessly, sacrificing sleep and personal time to get us to this point. Here’s what you can expect in the coming days: By 24.02.2025: The Zombie Escape server will have 90% of plugins and extensions functioning properly. The Zombie Revival server will be fully updated to the latest game version. No-Steam Support (no ETA): We are still working on restoring no-Steam support. This is a complex process due to significant changes in the engine code introduced in the latest update. Reverse-engineering these changes takes time, but we are making steady progress. We appreciate your understanding as we work through these challenges. Our goal is to restore the best possible gameplay experience for everyone as soon as possible. If you encounter bugs or issues while playing on the ZE/ZR server, please report them to our team. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us resolve these problems. Okay im done watching this. We can no longer have this discussion continue and I have to step in to solve this. Listen @ katanYa You were muted pretty fast during an event which makes sense as we enforce muting rules super fast it does not matter what context that was behind that chat but we are all here playing a video game and in the video that were provided you were cl early disturbing the leader who were present leading the map. Usually mutes during events does not even require a warning from an adminstrator to issue a mute. Event rules And by watching this clip I will issue a mute on GHOSTIE for practially starting that convensation which lead to the mutes on you aswell. We do not tolerate this kind of behavior anymore from anyone and when adminstrator is telling you to stop when we also expect you to stop. However 1 thing is for sure that @ stickyclicker handled the situation he was put in pretty fast to ensure a peaceful and chill event. We understand that there is major problems in the world currently but we do not want any of that to happen or continue on our network specially regarding "Israel" and "Palestine" our server is supposed to be a happy place for people to come and relax and not start a war and major conflicts. The game is about shooting zombies and having fun together as a community if some cant follow those regulations then we apply restrictions onto those people. I have played and administrated a lot of ze servers in both css and csgo. I've previously been an admin at this server, gfl css, gfl csgo, and Syndicate gamers. I may need to brush up on my admin commands and on the current culture (i.e. I'm pretty pro micspam and autism and I know I would have to mute / be less tolerant as an admin) Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc) I used to make youtube videos, so a little bit of editing.

Over the past two days, we experienced an issue with the server where some of our databases and older game servers were stored. It appears that a hardware component in the server finally failed. Fortunately, we have automated external backup systems in place to handle such incidents. As of today, everything has been restored to normal, backups have been deployed, and all services utilizing the databases have been updated. As compensation, all existing VIPs, Donated admins and personal skins have been extended by an additional 4 days. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy playing on our servers. Hello Saber, I reviewed the evidence and demo and concluded that the ban was justified. You were seen tossing pistols at the player attempting to pick up the item. We have banned players for intentionally tossing to mess with the person trying to pick up items, so this is no exception. An experienced player like you should know how difficult it is to pick up items when someone is tossing pistols at you, so that is why the punishment was put in place. The length of your punishment was based on your history. Regarding the other points, this punishment and report are about you and not others. If you have seen others tossing pistols, bhop scripting, or abusing donated admin, you are more than welcome to report them on the forums. Unfortunately, we are human and may miss people trolling, so we appreciate people who help us and report said offenders. Also, for future appeals and reports on the forums, we would appreciate it if you followed the format and gave us all the information we ask for. It saves us much time and helps speed up the review process. Future reports/appeals from you with missing information may get discarded without warning. I hope this clears everything up.

Are you seriously defending pedophilia ? You should follow the most important rules of the server, use your common sense. For you information: this NOT something normal to have/watch/share images of young people half/semi/fully naked. On the next issue with you we will share every logs we have of you and your personal data to the authorities of your countries. The spray ban will stay. The mutes/gag will stay. hello seven i hope you didnt have bad time recently and thats will be unfortunate so i have watched the demo and indeed you knifed a zm to the front and that zm killed some cts including harraga himslef, so the kban is justified saying sorry for breaking sv rules doesnt protect you here from getting a punishment btw so for the eban u actually misused ultima here during low gravity part in sandstorm map as it shown in the video harraga posted and that caused some cts as well to die so its justified as well. about the mute, i couldnt find an actual reason to justify the 1 wk week mute, you were talking ye but not really over leader same thing for the gag, you lost the control of yourself and let yourself driven by your emotions that lead to saying really terrible words so i will reduce both mute/gag to 1 day btw BUT PLS next time, LISTEN to other admins/staffs when they tell you to stop doing some shit ( AKA talking over leader, spamming in chat and other stuffs ... etc) if you have bad day in real life dont speak all the contexts all the way when the current time isnt suitable for that (this is not a place to bring all of your real life problems here), i believe nobody hate you for no reason, you just being annoying sometimes also stop spamming this topic, if you want to provide more info/reasons just put all of them in into 1 single reply explaining everything you have done/want to clarify (and try to be transparent), same thing goes for discord you were insulting/spamming there btw and that wasnt good try to be more mature and i hope you understand what i have told here and before in ur admin application, so have a nice day! topic closed

For the steams who cant either play on revival or escape, I found this solution, downgrade the game to the previous build and wait until the server upgrade is completed. Name : `Luffy. Recently, I have noticed that the ZE server is dying because of certain maps. I’m writing this text to tell the staff to keep an eye on this issue and do something about it. Not in my 10 years of playing ZE have I ever seen such a thing. The main problem starts with some certain players, which I call them a cult, that include they FCS clan, specifically Amina, Almaa, Kotya and some others once in a while, and some russians outside FCS such as kotofey, SonOfSerp, Mercenary, mako player(from ARE) etc. These people I mentioned, they nominate maps as soon as the nominations are unlocked, leaving others without nominating their maps, owning like 5/7 of the nomlist usualy. Okay, ppl can nominate their own maps and whatever, but this case is very repeated, and this is not the main issue. The main issue is that the maps they nominate, are maps like nemesis nide 1/2, immortal flame, offliner, surf charge, dodge or die, simpsons ETC. 90% of the time, the people i earlier mentioned end up winning the maps and im assuming that they offline them, based on screenshots they have on offlining such laser maps, based on the fact that its them always and based on the fact that theyve joined css ze recently. i dont have a big issue with them offlining, but nominating such shitty maps every day so they can show off on laser skills, makes the gameplay a boring routine thus players leave resulting in a dead server. All im asking you guys on this topic is to take action, nom ban them, warn them, ban them, i dont know, give more cooldown to such maps, whatever. I know what im saying is against their rights, but they shouldn’t abuse with nominations and spamming on the mic. I expect ppl say that i spam aswell during votes, but i do that for more playable maps, Im sorry i didnt follow any templates for this topic, but consider it a serious one and PLEASE take it in consideration, coz its becoming disgusting. Nide is the only server I play on and I simply want to be admin again to help it out as best as possible Right now (and for the past few years) I think its safe to say nide has been struggling with the admin team for a while now, theres a shortage of old, active experienced admins who arent afraid of what do whats neccessary quick enough especially on toxic maps, this summer theres been some great applications and its great seeing familiar faces on the admin team that the community knows are trustable and reliable with their position(s), I can help out greatly with them because I play those same maps and I'd say im experienced enough to know what to do and what not to do, these words might not seem much but I can prove it more so if I get accepted All in all fancy words aside I just really want to help out the server, a few days back on a mako session a certain player ruined the round and there were no admins to punish him (despite being mako) and he got away clean, stuff like this just upsets not only me but the server when the experience is ruined, feels shit when you are watching a troll in progress and you are helpless to stop it What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? hello Hobgoblin after reviewing the demo and the videos' shown here i concluded indeed that it was an accident from your side you were going up with the shelf and tried to press E on the door but accidentally caded some teammates including Harraga himself an actual troll player will look behind and check who wants to cade which it wasn't in your case it was just misunderstanding from harraga side he thought you were trolling and i do believe minas is hard map to manage since so many stuffs happening around and he was the only admin active there so there was so much stress on him as already Harraga apologized in advance if it was an accident and i believe it was i am removing the eban and sorry for the trouble topic closed

This isnt one of those seeking help topics or something like that, its just a way of sharing some of my not so happy experiences with the comunity and letting people who maybe are in the same situaition or a similar one: you´re not alone. Ive had drinking problems for some years now, it all started back in college when I was around 20, im 30 now so, 10s years ago give or take. I didnt have the will to drink nor smoking to much, I did it like regularly from time to time with my friends. The I got to college and I got lost in the crazy party live that college is. Met a girl, we stayed together for 4 years, she ended up leaving me for my drinking problems mostly, and I cant really blame her, since I wouldnt even date myself if I looked in the mirror back then and watched the monster I had become. I smoked joints too, not so much regularly but every so often. This life in college lasted almost 6 years. When she left me and I stayed there for two more years just working, paying my bills off and trying to get by and I was it with a severe depression, which I never really at the time looked for any professional help and I cant even say if clinicly it could be diagnosed as depression. The sympthoms of depression can vary from people to people, some with deeper and more severe levels that can even sometimes lead to suicidal thoughts, others with mid intensity level and others with just a glimpse of it that after some days it just completely disapears. It went like this for me: at first it started slowly, I still continued to party and do the crazy life when I could to bounce it off even if just for a few hours, but I just felt like nothing made sense anymore, even the things I loved to do like videogames and guitar for example just felt like a chore to me. For two years I was always like this, which is also the reason I eventualy decided to quit Arch/Design which I was studying at the time. I started working and I still stayed there for those two years, hiting on girls from time to time, getting wasted, doing all that crazy life. Over time in these two years my depression got worse. There were moments that could just last for minutes, hours or even days, when going to sleep was a way to get "high" and not feel anything for that time period. On days off or on free time I just stayed there, in a room alone, looking at the walls, sometimes crying and regreting that she left me and all the crazy stuff I did and the drugs I was a slave to, because at the end of the day, even things like cigaretes or alchool, altought not heavy like, for example, cocain, are still a type of drug, can ruin your live, sometimes make you numb to something like depression or other times make it even worse. Those days alone in a dark room sometimes I would get wasted at home until I went to sleep without feeling anything anymore, wake up next day, repeat it, other times I would just lie in bed, or comfortably numb looking at a wall for hours and hours. Eventualy I started getting some suicidal thoughts, thinking things like "what If I just ended it all? Would the pain go away?". These thoughts never really got to a point were I would actualy finish it all cause I didnt have the courage and im glad I didnt. At that time I decided it was better to return to my hometown and move back with my parents, by this point I was around 26 almost. I did that, I found a new job and during the next two years I would just balance from one job to another and find the next thing. Over this period of time I decided I want to do a half-degree in programing and It systems while working during the day and studying at night. This lasted for two years, I got a degree which would make me transition and get a job as a programer which I still have to this day and now im in the middle of my second year of computer enginiring. This part of my life got satisfied, I also didnt have to much trouble since I had always been good with computers and as long as I studied and went to class my marks were top notch. During these years the depression still just stays to this day as something that sometimes comes and goes. Its not as bad as it used to be. I started eventualy doing cocain and I got much better control over my alchool adiction. I never got the point where I needed it everyday, thats what a true junkie and crackhead is, their mood swings and they start getting paranoid if they dont have it every couple of hours. These days im trying to quit everything, I still smoke daily, although not as much as I used too and I only drink and do cocain like every two months or so when I have a relapse and the depression hits harder one week or another. After my last relationship I never got a girlfriend again, Im just too much afraid the same thing happens again since my last relationship took a piece of my mental sanity with it, and even though deepdown I wish I started something new with a new girl I just stay confined to my comfort zone, which I know is wrong if you dont take risks, but at least here Im safe. I hit it and quit with girls from time to time and I keep it casual. The depression now just has phases, which is normaly when I have a relapse and end up on alchool and cocain for like one night, eventualy it gets me numb and after somedays I recover and everything goes back to normal. Some weeks im more motivated, other im less motivated, and other weeks Im just here trying to stay alive with no will to ever leave my bed for whole days, but even so, i continue to fight against these demons that have posessed me and my adictions are much more controlled. I want to get to the point where I completely finish it for good. Thanks for letting me share, not trying to get any advice or anything, just letting some steam off and letting people in the same situation know they are not alone. In fact, I think this condition is pretty common these days with millenials and gen z. Unfortunatly.

First of all, if you're gonna appeal to have ur punishment removed/reduced, atleast learn some basic respect. Secondly, You've also racked up 13 mutes in 2 months, and on this day of mute, you had 2 earlier, and you started spamming as admins were offline, and stopped when calladmin was done. In short, this mute wont be adjusted. Familiarize yourself with our rules and learn some respect. Topic closed.

Hey everyone! You might have noticed that we recently changed the IP of our servers. So... why the change? Don’t worry, we’re here to explain it all (and in plain French English, promise)! The Problem with the Old IP (188.165.54.189) For the past few days, some of our players (especially our Russian friends ) have been struggling to connect to our servers. After some testing, we discovered that traffic going to our old IP 188.165.54.189 was being... blocked. Yep, BLOCKED. Like a CT camping at spawn – just sitting there and doing nothing. After investigating further, we found out that the issue was caused by a network equipment in Russia that decided to drop (block) traffic midway, making it impossible for players in that region to connect. To give you an idea, here’s a snippet of traceroute (a magical command to track the path of network traffic): traceroute -p 27015 188.165.54.189 1 mshome.net (172.25.96.1) 0.354 ms 0.369 ms 0.291 ms 2 10.2.0.1 (10.2.0.1) 59.266 ms 3 176.96.226.241 (176.96.226.241) 59.187 ms 4 * * * 5 * * * Translation: After the 3rd hop, the traffic stops, and the connection gets stuck somewhere. Safe to say, our servers were having a bad time with the old IP. The Solution: New IP, New Start! To fix this issue once and for all (because we care about you ), we decided to migrate all our servers to a shiny new IP: 46.105.73.18 . New Server Addresses Here’s where you can find us now: Zombie Escape : css.nide.gg:27015 Zombie Revival : css.nide.gg:27065 Protip: We strongly recommend saving css.nide.gg instead of the raw IP address. What might really be happening in Russia? Now, let’s talk about what might really be causing this issue. As you can imagine, this isn’t just a "random bug." The truth is, it’s very likely connected to internet censorship in Russia. The IP 188.165.54.189 is very close to certain IP ranges that Russia has been actively trying to block. These blocks are likely targeted at restricting access to Western services and platforms that don't comply with their government policies. Unfortunately, it seems like our community got caught in the crossfire of this censorship. But let’s be real here… gamers have always been above this kind of nonsense. No particular order, and i have some honorable mentions for pirates port Royale, castle crashers, king theba, space race, oneris, mountain, isengard, rooftop, icecap, madness, dead core, valkgang, bioshock, fapescape, abandoned project, toaster, mirrors edge, and helms deep. Ze_potc (first map with any semblance of lasers through the jumps and crouch on the wheel and very well made for the time, even including items and still is good today with bhop) Ze paranoid (the biggest skill check in ze, I think this map quite literally stands as the goat, pretty much every player that plays for over 5 years notes this map as a good map, for good reason it's essentially the best of "zombie escape", it's random, pvp, allows skill expression, let's you troll, allows team wins and has varried gameplay) Ze last man standing (gold standard for what a ze map should be, accessible enough a noob can beat the team win ending, hard enough to keep pros inventing new strats for years to come, allows you to be carried by a few good players on either human or zombie team assuming older editions of zombie items) Ze santassination (csgos defining map, and lot of staying power and provides great gameplay for humans (and zombies in css but only in css) aside from the zombie cages) Ze Minas tirith (one of the best pvp maps in ze serving as a great skill check) Ze predator ultimate (kinda the standard staged map for years, set the standard and allows a lot of players to win a hard map) Ze random (random chunks having a great first use so amazining, very creative and allows good learning opportunities) Ze mist (i prefer other soft serve maps but this literally is the most influential map in the last 8 years, fair to say most Chinese maps post it's release have taken influence) Ze ffvii mako reactor (literally invented level, bosses and lasers) Ze boatescape (just iconic, it was essentially the standard ze "simple" map)

Ive been around multiple communities prior to Nide and have seen both good and bad staff moderation, And therefor im confident in my ability to interpret situations and distinguish whether they're intentional grief or a genuine mistake and so on. -------------------- / What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? Hello @ PNF After considering your admin application, I'm still not sure if you would be suitable for this role because it requires much responsibility. I remember when some time ago it wasn't even possible to talk with you or get understood and suddenly it became possible so I assume that you use translator which is bad, I think Admins should understand/know some basics of the language we use here all the time so we will avoid misunderstandings and the work together willl be more comfortable/pleasant. Another point is that in fact you was an Donated Admin, but you haven't done much good things and you abused a lot of cmds at the start which means a lot of lack of expirence and knowledge. Also I don't like that useless "+1" spam especially from totally random players, it just looks bad and feels like an application boosting, not a honest opinion/review.
